Arrived sooner than expected. It was well-packed and set up easily. Being an all-in-one computer, there was only one power cord to plug in. Then add the keyboard and the mouse and turn it on. The first time you turn this on, Windows 10 has to do all the set up. This can take time, and if there are any updates to install, well, then it takes even longer. But once all that is done, you have a good-looking, snappy, computer. We haven't had any problems at all.

I loved the computer but as usually happens with me I probably bought the only one with problems. The computer was beautiful, the sound was very good for a computer, and the resolution was awesome. But after about 10 minutes I would get a black screen. I could reboot and the screen would still be black. If I left the computer off for a couple of hours and turned it back on everything worked great for the first 10 minutes then black again. When I contacted the sellers their response was immediate and after attempting to help me resolve the issue to no avail they were quick to issue a return request and to credit my account.. The only complaint I have is on their policy to repair or refund only. I liked the computer so well I would have preferred to exchange it for another. I would buy here again.

This came packaged well and the condition of the computer looks great! But it is SOOOOOOOO incredibly slow that it is frustrating. The pc is for work but I tried it out at home first - using the same internet connection as my iMac. So I am positive that the sluggishness is not the internet connection but the pc itself. Too much hassle to pack and send back so I'm just going to deal with it .. until I can't anymore and will replace.

Works great Best $150 I ever spent on a computer...

This was a complete waste of money. Has not worked right since the day we bought it, should have returned it right away. It is slower than a computer from 1995. Don't buy.

You really don't expect much from a refurb but works good for a teenager

Hey look this is like brand new. nice. Walmart 373 bucks. amazon .... 219.00. Its totally quite , nice monitor. Just a nice everyday computer. windows 10 is pleasant to use. A little tricky setting up my printer (hp 4500 series wifi) but very happy about this purchase. If you need a computer your probably going to be happy about this buy. not the fastest cpu but the hardware software package works well. these are upgradeable to 8gb ram from 4gb. but don't see the need.

Works but VERY slow, way underpowered for Win 10 version 1607. My 8 year old Dell notebook with a core duo is faster with the same version of Win 10. Looked up this processor and it should perform much better but doesn't. Seems to be some slow throughput which was either designed in or came about with Win 10 1607 and might have been fine with the previous version (originally version 1551installed). Tried multiple refreshes of Win 10 and a restore to factory conditions. Seems as if Windows 10 Anniversary Edition (1607) rendered the ACER near useless.
