When I bought this box it had no reviews and i was little skeptical about it. But after receiving and plugging it in i can tell its a genuine product. I replaced it for an old mag model that had become slow and was giving some other issues. This one has resolved all the issues i had.I got the product in 4 days instead of 8-10 days of arrival time.The only small thing I didn’t like is the remote buttons. The navigation buttons(the arrow button in the middle) are too close to the other ones(for ex home). Many times when i just want to press the down button I accidentally press the home button.Other than that i cant complain.

Device came with everything needed to setup right away! Setup was straightforward - less than 5 mins.Got the phone number to call for activation included as part of the package. Worked with that contact to get the channels enabled. The content is amazing - lots of channels!!Looking forward to canceling few different subscriptions in favor or keeping just this one.

Nice product but tech support is worst they will blame your isp and router even though I have multiple devices streaming with no issues

I have been using it for two years. It’s still going. It’s very durable.

This thing is a life saver. Didn't know you could get so much content on these subscriptions. Bit expensive compared to Canada but had to order here because of Covid. Note that this is just the box and you still need a monthly subscription to get all the channels.
