AD Said NEW Hp Pavilion Dv9000 Laptop Motherboard - 432945-001. BUT was used and did not work at all.So I send it back and got a refund so I give them a 2 star but would not use them a again.

Fast and friendly better then expected

When I got the device and hooked it up, it would turn on then immediately off. Thinking there was a bad hook up I spent awhile troubleshooting it to get it working. After giving up I took it in and had it checked. Turns out the board has a short in it, and of course being two days past the return date they won't refund or exchange.

the motherboard was the newer version
All of the old parts CPU ,cooling FAN and ram fit perfectly. The problem: after installing my old heat sink i noticed there was another "AMD CHIP" that was not on original board. I never imagined it "ALSO" needed to be cooled or it will fail, After re-assembly i set up several programs to monitor the heat i noticed "SPIKED" immediately. After deploying new cooling measures i THOUGHT problem went away turns out board FAILED. The take away is "PAY ATTENTION" to any new or different chips on replacement board..

NO customer service
This was the WRONG one and they WOULD NOT exchange. I have a motherboard for a computer I don't have and a computer that needs a motherboard after $100+

Don't recommended !!
Doesn;t work with you for amazon's extended returns,not recommended !! Got board for customer & now can't do anything for them !! Had a bad board before & this board would not power on at all where the old board did but wouldn't stay on !! Packaging was fine !! Sometimes you need to make compromises !!

NO HDMI
Even it was absolute the same model number, that main-board has no HDMI and it was second hand !!! Never again

Doesn't work!
I tried this product twice and did not work twice. I believe it could be the manufacturer. Moving on to something else. Thanks anyway.
