Money & ID Holder (Water resistant) - Men's 34 Inch Lanyard

In general, this is a good quality lanyard and cardholder.However, the cardholder doesn't open very fast or easy. This can be especially problematic if it is winter and your hands are numb and you need to fidget in the cold to take out a buss pass. I travel daily within NYC metro and have a bunch of commuter passes for my daily commute (LIRR, Metrocard, ferry, Light rail, smart link etc). Sometimes I need to open it in a rush to take out a pass and swipe it for a ticket (for example when a bus is approaching). However, this cardholder doesn't open fast or easily. I have missed several bus etc because of this problem. I have had it for about 6 months now and the top opening section has torn off because I have to really work at it to open; with the result that it doesn't close well now.If however, you don't need to open the cardholder often, then I highly recommend it. I say that because it is otherwise a sturdy and reliable item. It will probably last a long time if all you want is put your ID in it once and close it.

I bought this ID holder b/c I work in NY and travel from NJ and wanted to keep all my transit cards in one place so I wouldn't loose them and could show them quickly when need to. I am very satisified with purchase. Only small defect I have noticed is that it tears where the red seal is, from opening often then resealing it closed. Other than that works great!!

It worked okay but not as i expected! All the water would go in there and leave all my money wet! At the end of the day i would have to blow dry my bills but i guess it was an okay change bag. I kept it inside my purse and just kept all my change in there. But i wouldn't use it again! it was just one time use. I ended up having to buy another one in Cancun Mexico that worked perfectly.

Bought this for my boyfriend for our trip to the Bahamas and he hated it. It was hard to open and close and when he finally did get it shut, it did not keep the water out. I guess by water resistant, they mean a little splash here or there. Maybe even little rain drops. Anyway, He tore it apart and threw it in the trash. Do not buy if you are planning to be in the pool or at a water park.

These are great for carrying ID, insurance/medical info, and ICE cards for festivals, etc. Didn't need the actual string part of the lanyard (cut it off and used a small carabiner clip through the metal ring), but modified so that it will easily clip inside a backpack.Closes securely and seems like it will keep the contents protected well.

Taking my granddaughters to NYC for the first time and these holders are perfect for ID's, spending money, etc.Not bulky or clumsy, they can't be beat for the price. The round cord looks much better than a flat cord and is secure.I don't know how well they will hold up for every day use but for our purpose you couldn't ask for better and the price makes this holder a good purchase.

I bought this item for a cruise I was going on. It worked great at first to hold my room key and other items, but by day 4 of my cruise it was ripping and falling apart.

If you work at an airport, you need to carry two or more ID's for added security/confusion. I could not find an ID holder at retail stores so I got it from Amazon. Nothing more to say.
