Will this strap hold a Canon 1DX ii ?

It is strong enough to hold a Canon 1DX ii or a Nikon D5, but for the sake of comfort I'd recommend the Peak Design Slide strap rather than the Slide Lite. The Slide is a bit wider and has a bit thicker area around the neck (or shoulder used sling style). I use the Slide on a Nikon D750 with battery grip, and the 1DX ii body weighs almost a pound more. Once you get a 24-70 f2.8 zoom attached you will definitely want the Slide over the Slide Lite. I use the Slide Lite with a Nikon D7200 which weighs about half.

Does this work with mamiya 645 pro?

I don’t see why it wouldn’t, as long as there are camera strap hooks it should work

hold a nikon d3300 with 55-200mm lens?

Yep - I use it on my D7100 with an 18-200. It is much more comfortable than the Nikon strap, and much easier to adjust.
