I recently was diagnosed with chronic sinusitis, and have been experimenting with various natural products to see if they helped at all. Since this product had some similar ingredients to some Chinese herbs I was using, and I wasn't that thrilled about taking Chinese herbs that were exposed to toxic chemicals, I decided to give this product a try since it's organic. Unfortunately it did little to nothing to help with my congestion.

I usually take pharmaceutical or over the counter remedies when I’m sick; however, I've been on a keto, no chemical diet for the past 10 months and wanted to try something natural.I'm generally skeptical of natural remedies; however, a friend told me to order from the Plant People brand a few times when I got sick. Thank god it was on Amazon Prime. Getting the capsules delivered quickly was a liver saver.I took 2 caps 3 times a day. Day 1 felt significantly better, continued for another 3 days just to be safe. I love that they are organic and vegan. Sniffles and stuffiness disappeared quickly and I didn’t have the usual post-nasal drip situation. Plant People saved me, and my week.

This is super herbal combination! I don't have any problems with my lungs but probably due to there being almost no greenery in the Southwest in the summer, there are low concentrations of oxygen and I have trouble breathing. I take this with coenzyme Q10 and it has been helping!

There have been so many immunity driven products that have come out over the last year with covid, but this has been my favorite by far. On several occasions I felt the tickle in my throat, or a slight cough, the one we all know well, and I take this right away as a line of defense. I have not gotten sick. Cold Control isn't magic, it's just science. I have followed Plant People for some time because they put more attention and research into the ingredients they put into their products than most. Their website gives an in depth breakdown of every ingredient in Cold Control and how it works for your body, which was eye opening to me. Can't recommend this product and brand enough. @ Plant People, please keep doing what you are doing.

Preventative health has never been more important to me and this product is a key part of that process for me. The ingredient list makes me feel so confident in what I am putting into my body and the price is high value for what you get in return.

I absolutely LOVE these sinus capsules! I have been experiencing extreme nasal congestion for about a year. My nose will be so stuffy, but when I blow my nose, nothing comes out. I decided to try these Plant People-Sinus Support capsules and they are really working. It says to take two up to four times daily. I'm taking two of them twice a day. That is why I said they are too expensive. Since I take four per day, this bottle of 60 will last me only 15 days. I honestly can't afford $30 every two weeks. When I ordered them, I thought the 60 would last at least a month. They work so they are definitely worth it. It is just that I can't afford to pay that amount every two weeks. I'm sorry Plant People, I can give you a five-star review and a high recommendation, but I can't afford to keep using your product.

I really like this brand and this product seems very high quality and smells fresh, with no weird tastes (well, bad, off tastes). No fillers or extra stuff you don't need. It is a bit expensive to take more than one time a day, which is usually needed with a stuffy sinus. But it is my experience that high quality organically growth herbs do indeed cost more as they take loving hard work to produce high quality end products. So compared to similar products the price is in line and expected.Now for me, this ended up giving me a migraine. Could have been a fluke, hard to say as I can't see anything in the ingredients that would actually give me a migraine or even a headache, but then I really don't know for sure. So for the sake of avoiding a migraine which I do me best to, I'll have to pass on this combination - but not this brand.

I have suffered with congestion most of my life. My lungs and nose have been my achilles heel for the most part. I used to take a medicated spray every day, but stopped because I didn't really notice any difference. It was more like throwing my money away, than anything else. Since stopping the medication, I have decided to try herbal remedies. Oftentimes I think supplementation, whether it be vitamins or targeted supplement this one for the lungs and breathing, may be very beneficial. With my experience, this one has done a pretty decent job of clearing up my congestion. I will say that the recommendation is to take up to four pills a day, and that seems a little much for me. It's not a lot because I'm someone who doesn't enjoy taking pills or anything like that, it's because the bottle contains only 60 capsules, so four a day only gets it to about two weeks worth of use. With that in mind, these herbal remedies are three times as expensive as the medication that I was prescribed. so from a cost basis I would say that it's a little expensive, however the good news is, that it does work fairly well. So I suppose it depends on your tolerance of whether or not you feel this is worthwhile as far as the money you'll spend on it, but if you are looking for something that might help you with sinus issues, then this can certainly help. That being said, I might look to try it again, but I would definitely reconsider based on how much it costs.
