Bag Boy T-700 Golf Bag Travel Cover

After reading the other reviews, I was a little concerned about how my clubs and golf bag would fit. I also was concerned about rough handling, and where to add the expense and fit-up of an extender for added protection. All my clubs, and my golf bag fit just fine...and with a little room to spare. I have the new Nike driver, woods, and hybrids with the large padded club covers. No problem. And the back and forth from PDX to PHX on American Airlines they traveled safely without any problems. The shoe compartment can probably handle two pairs (I'll verify this next month).The top of this travel bag has extra padding, which also provides addition stiffness and protection. It wheels just fine with the pull strap. I also like how it folds into itself, which takes up less space in the rental car.

I bought this travel cover for the one or two times a year that I might travel overseas with my clubs. The bag seems sturdy for occasional use. If I were traveling more often as I did in the past I might go for something a little 'tougher' (i.e. sturdier fabric). Also while I thing the zippers are more than adequate for my relatively light bag and the infrequency of my travel, I would worry if had a bigger bag and stuffed the travel bag with more stuff.

Had a hard cover case that ended up getting destroyed by the airlines. I've used this soft cover several times and it's holding up very well. Only issue is its tough to stand vertically with clubs in it. It wants to rip over. Wish it had 4 wheels so that you could move it while vertical which would also help stabilize while standing upright.

Effective for moving my clubs around on a plane. Large enough to function as both a club carrier and a suitcase. I am concerned that the inner stitching may come undone as it has frayed noticeably after my first use but overall exactly what I was looking for in a lightweight club carrier. However be sure to get some sort of structural pole in order to save your driver from being broken.  Bag Boy BackBone Travel Cover

Since we purchased this bag, it's been used on two occasions that have involved airline travel. The bag rolls well and it contains ample pockets for golf shoes. So far, it has come through the rigors of airline travel without a hitch. The soft inner padding has been placed in the right areas to protect the heads of the clubs and there are straps inside the travel bag that help secure the actual golf bag in place. The exterior is smart looking and it is constructed with material that is flexible but sturdy.

I have used the bag once. It is just what I was looking for, time will tell if it will withstand airline baggage handlers.12/6/2016 UpdateAfter 4 airline trips with this bag I will tell you that the bottom of the bag does not hold up. Tears & stains are to be expected with the abuse from baggage handlers but I am very disappointed that the bottom of the bag is not made of a more durable material and that it has been almost detached from the rest of the bag with just a few trips behind it.

I had a similar Bag Boy Travel Bag for the last 15 years and probably have close to 100 trips (airlines) on it. It was still usable, but had taken a beating over time so I decided to get a new one. Since the last one lasted 15 years I am hoping this new one will do the same. Already have 5 trips on it and it is still looking as good as new. Great bag and well worth the money.

Bag is very sturdy and keeps clubs safe. Lots of padding, especially around the top of the bag. Handle to pull at top of bag is padded and comfortable. No issues with zippers or materials after two flights. Would recommend using with additional BackBone for added protection.

Nice travel bag with room for alot of things. Protected by clubs well. Very reasonably priced.

Great bag for the price. I haven't made it for a complete trip with it yet, but checking it over compared to my last bag it already appears to be more robust in the seems and zippers.

This item worked out great for me. Not only was it light weight but protected my clubs perfectly.It also looks very good.
