Works great for my shoulder pain (muscles) from working on the computer long hours and it works on fibromyalgia (nerve) pain. I put a little on a painful spot and the heat must get the blood flowing and the nerve pain goes away. Such a great product. Refered to it my by acupuncturist.

I love this product, it really works on my back pain. The heat goes deep and feels like a deep healing.
