Is there any alchol in this?

There actually is a small amount alcohol that occurs naturally as a result of the fermentation of the composition and breaking down of the fruit. It just happens. For some people, this is a pick-me-up.  For others it might put them to sleep, but regardless this stuff is GOOD for your gut, believe that.

See what the effect is on you when you have time, maybe a weekend afternoon. If you fall asleep from it, then having some of this mixed with water is something that might become a ritual before bedtime. It has become one for me.

You will feel the difference inside you possibly the very next day.  If you have had a sensitivity to dairy products, like I did, consuming an incredibly small amount regularly will allow you to enjoy them again if you get the same results I do.

Big difference in your stools if they bave been wet and possibly painful as I discovered they can be extremely so if a sensitivity were to suddenly develop combined with something acidic like orange or pineapple juice.  OUCH.  Seriously.

What is the “natural flavor” in this? It usually indicates processed free glutamate. Why hide an ingredient w this description?

Manuka Honey is not just plain honey. Manuka Honey is high in medicinal properties. The reason it's expensive. The two types Manuka Honey are Monoflora and Multiflora. This has Monofloral whch is the highest form of healing properties. I'm looking at the bottle I had my daughter (Master Herbalist) get when I had Acute Covid and it does Not have flavorings n the ingredients, which are: Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw Monoflora Manuka Honey (10%), Raw Beechwood Honey (10%) .

What are those strings of grayish matter floating in the bottle? Is that the mother? Just want to make sure it's not mold.

Thank you for your question! This would be the "Mother" of the vinegar, which is in fact a string of beneficial bacteria, enzymes, proteins, and minerals. Give the bottle a good shake before usage each time to ensure this in mixed in well with the apple cider vinegar.
