Helps pop my back a little. The only thing I don't like is the little blue pad for protection. It constantly falls off and didn't come with replacement ones. If you lose it, you're screwed because it's impossible to lay on without it. Overall Helps with short term back pain.

This product is rigid but not too much to wear it breaks. It’s sturdy and strong enough to support my man while he stretches. My husband has terrible back pain. He usually stretches first thing in the morning. Sometimes he’ll call me into the room and ask me to push his legs towards his head. I don’t always have time for that. So I sought out something to help him and this was the result. He can change the level of the arch as his pain decreases and his strength and flexibility increase. He’s satisfied, so I’m satisfied.

I am 30 years old, without any health issues or back pains. I bought this because I saw how people were cracking or popping their spines using this online. Everyone kept saying this is the best back stretcher money can buy. I got one and I felt nothing. No great stretching, no releaf and refresh. Just pain. It hurt a lot , even on the most basic setting. Maybe it will work for you, but I will ne returning mine

Works like it should feels good after a long day

So I've been dealing with a myriad of back issues in recent years, and my doctor recommended that I incorporate things like yoga, stretching, etc. Into my daily routine. Doc recommended I look into getting a back stretcher to kinda loosen things up. Found this one and it was pretty straightforward. But I'll admit, once it was ready, I kind of just looked at it like "uhhhh...now what." Found a nifty QR code on the box which links to some instructional videos. Not going to win any Oscars, but they do the job. Overall, it seems to help, and maybe those who understand all the important muscle groups will be able to harvest more use out of it. For the price paid, it's not that bad.

its little uncomfortable at first but when i laid on it i heard my back pop and thats a good thingi used it every day now and my back is not tight the way it used to bei recommend this product for a bad back

I've been destroying my back since high school when I spent my weekends and summers working as a mover. Now the abuse comes in the form of training, and the soreness and tension is always there. I spend roughly 30 minutes every day on just stretching to keep my back loose and pain free. This stretcher has been a great addition to my routine. It's very durable. I'm 6'2" 215lb, and I'm sure it would support two of me. I also took advantage of the video links provided. Heather's instructions are clear and simple. I would advise anybody, not just those with back issues, to incorporate this into their daily routines.
