does it have an auto shut-off feature if tilted or if pilot light goes out?

There is no Pilot Light whatsoever and once you light it with a match and hold the red button in for 30 seconds it stays lit. I tested it by holding it in every direction possible including upside down and nothing turns it off except the on/off temperature control knob. Works great in a Golf Cart

Does it come with a bottle of gas?

I doesn’t come with gas bottle. Just the burner and stand

Would this heat 100 square feet?

not sure, probably if enclosed. I use it in my golf cart.
