Did the job
I live in flats and the neighbour opposite had recently got a dog. They aren't the most hygienic, which doesn't help. I started seeing the odd carpet beetle and flea which happened shortly after they got the dog. This alarmed me, as they can quickly proliferate.On reading the information for this product, it said it works for weeks afterwards. I therefore bit the bullet, bought a couple of cans and spent a Saturday pulling out furniture and spraying it around the skirting boards and other crevices that I could find. I haven't seen another carpet beetle or flea since. Even if I had to apply this product every 3 months, I'd still recommend it.

Hopeless lid fell off
I pressed the button to activate the pressure spray “bomb” and the entire lid fell off meaning instead of being able to run out of the room I had to stand and hold the lid on hard or else no spray would come out. It wouldn’t re attach. It meant I got covered with toxic pesticide and had to breathe it in. It seems to have killed the months but c’mon - sort your cheap lid out. It’s not safe to have a product with a lid that literally toppled off on first touch of the button so the person has to have toxic spray in their face.

Does not Click
I should have read the reviews but the mechanism for this does not press down to catch which means you have to continue to press down the button whilst holding the bottle upright. I don’t know if it is effective because I abandoned it. Do not recommend.

When I pressed down on both of them the plastic broke so it wouldn't lock so never got the use of them.

Defective Product
On 2 out of the 3 I bought the plastic cap that is supposed to click into place to allow you to leave the room while the gas is expelled was defective. I had to hold my breath and empty the can by hand trying not to breath in the poisonous gas. Really bad.
