Purchased to add color to the garden in the spring and fall. The vibrant reds can be seen from down the street. The flowers are realistic that you'd want to water them if you didn't know better. It comes as a kit, basket with hanging chain attached, styrofoam, and flowers. The flowers are individual step and flower or two stems attached. You stick the flowers into the "frog" in the arrangement you want. You can fluff the flowers out to perk them up and cover up holes. There are enough flowers to make the basket full without gaps. The flowers are made well so they don't fall apart as you move them around. Rain and sun didn't seem to affect them and it was easy to put the whole basket away for the winter storage. Chain is strong and the final basket is light weight for easy carry and placement.
