Great for GF corn tortillas
Brilliant, add salt and warm water to make easy and quick tortillas. You need two sheets of a good non stick flexible sheet to press them between so that they are thin and flexible once dry fried. Not a strong flavour which is good because it’s fundamentally a transportation device.
