Works well minus humidity reporting
I purchased this for a Radio Thermostat CT-80 after discovering how horrid the WiFi module was. Overall it works well and paired with no difficulty. I've never been able to get it to report humidity. The manual includes a bit of information about the necessary setup but no humidity.

Wifi is better then this Z-wave module
I have a 3m Radio Thermostat CT50 I use this in. Had a Wifi module and replaced with the Z-Wave so I could use it with my Wink Hub. Works but not the auto heat/cool feature. The Wifi provides better options overall. Going back to Wifi.

low cost way to integrate my Filtrete 3M50 to my VeraEdge Controller
I bought this to replace a defective wifi USNAP that came with my Filtrete 3M50 thermostat. This was despite the large number of web reviews of how ZWave doesn't work well with the 3M50.. i also purchase the VeraEdge Home Controller to work with it. Everything worked well, the VeraEdge communicates with the 3M50 through this ZWave USNAP. this turned out to be a cheap way to "repair" the no longer functioning wifi portion of the $120 3M50. Very happy ...

Both modules are useless
The Z-Wave module is useless. The range on it it terrible and it is very sporadic in when it decides to work. It also is missing a lot of the features that the WiFi API has. If you're stuck with a Radio Thermostat then either spend the extra money on something NOT Radio thermostat, or spend it on the WiFi module.UPDATE:The WiFi module is just as useless as the Z-Wave module. It is an absolute pain to do the initial setup. For some reason only my old iphone was able to connect to the AdHoc connection. And after getting it to register with my WiFi it randomly looses connection and fails to respond through home-assistant.

Basic but Good
The controls available are fairly basic. It integrated well with my SmartThings Hub and I am able to control the thermostats in my house easily. The interface is considerably faster than the wifi module (non-Zwave).

Access through Smartthings.
This module allows me to access the thermostat through my Samsung Smartthings app. I haven't really done much with customizing but seems like there are a lot of possibilities.

CT30 Z-Wave Vera
I turned the power off the thermostat from the breaker. Plugged in this z-wave card and removed the pre installed zigbee one, turned everything back on and on my Vera system selected the CT100 predefined option. It picked it up and installed easily. I have basic functions; off, heat, cool, auto and current room temperature and thermostat temperature. Those were my only needs :)

Zwave junk
Does not work with the Amond routers nor does it work with Amazon Echo. Works with Honeywell security but it's not truly automated; it just mirrors the thermostat which is just a waste.
