This is by far the best brand I’ve found of Haritaki. The best tasting too. Just wish they had larger amounts.

Taste bad but not as bad as triphala
Moves my bowels. i tend to take one teaspoon in warm water almost every morning before i leave for work. I usually move around 9am at work. I sometimes put a little honey in the tea if i don't want to chug it down. Sometimes chugging it upsets my stomach and i feel like vomiting.
