Delta Faucet DCL5916-BN Carlisle Bathroom Safety, 16 inch x 1 1/4" Decorative Grab Bar, Brushed Nickel

Decided to add this to our recently updated bathroom due to the replacement tub being so much deeper than the original one. This grab bar feels very sturdy, looks good (for what it is) and adds safety where needed.

Got these for my mother, who has mobility issues. They are sturdy and reasonably easy to install. Instructions are clear. Look nice. Mom finds them sturdy. What more can you hope for?

We couldn't believe how much this grab bar adds to our bathroom decor. Looks like a decorative towel rack but it is a sturdy safety/grab bar. We're seniors, so safety is paramount. This is well built, flawless, with 5 sturdy screws on each side to securely attach to wall.

Very nice handle. Installed for my elderly mother in the bathroom, only the first screw sheared off under the head only 1/2 inch into the wood. Tossed those and got good quality screws instead.

solid. decorative enuf, matches my delta fixtures well enuf & in stainless steel, it doesn't look handicap. mounted horizontally, looks & doubles as a towel bar, getting more bang for your buck. slightly smaller in diameter than traditional handicap bars, its a better look & easier for my small hands to grab while scrubbing my feet. i wasn't interested in a teak seat taking up room in my shower, besides i think a portable seat looks handicap. & i wasn't sure i wanted to commit space & appearance to a built in seat (which often just become a catch all for toiletries), so this is a great alternative. i'm not old/feeble enuf for handicap, but handy for sports injuries limiting mobility, & just thinking ahead

Unlike the standard bars that look like a curved pipe, these are really attractive and add to the appearance of our newly tiled bathtub surround. And, of course, with the two sizes placed just right, we feel so much more safe and secure climbing in and out of out combo tub shower.

I've installed three of these grab bars and they work well and are very sturdy. The brush from finish holds up very well. Makes a bathtub and or a shower much safer.
