Disappointed. Unless i need to drink 3 bottles of water with the packet nothing happened with these. Which was disappointing because the skin care box, was the bomb, and helped to clear my skin up! UPADTE! Read the directions. I was taking this wrong. If taken properly it works every time, every day, without discomfort.

The Daily Cleanse detox has helped a TON with my hormonal acne so I decided to give these a try. The Flatter Me enzymes have given me stomach discomfort and seem to have actually made me GAIN weight. Very disappointed. Would definitely recommend the Daily Cleanse but I would steer clear of the Flatter Me.

I never totally noticed a change in the way I felt, or did I see any physical results. Half of my packets came without some of their contents, so I definitely wouldn't buy again.

Let me start by saying I did not see this through the 21 days. In the first 3 days, I got incredibly bloated, to the point where my pants weren't fitting right, which has never happened to me before. The pills also taste absolutely terrible and are huge. I stopped in the first week. Maybe if I had finished the 21 days I would have liked the results, but I immediately got a "flatter tummy" when I STOPPED taking these. Unbeknownst to me, I was also put on a monthly re-order and was charged $50 for a second order that I didn't want and was not refunded for. As this is a 21 day cleanse, I don't know why Hum would even have the option to get this re-ordered every month, much less force me to sign up for it. I am not happy with this company or product.

SO...I love this cleanse. I have bought the flatter me vitamins separate and it helped me so much with bloating!!!!! So I saw this with a cleanser and tried it...even better!!
