but this one performed pretty poorly.
Only lasted me about 2 weeks before cracking open. My previous high density foam roller lasted over a year and I only went to replace it because it was a bit deformed. I am admittedly hard on rollers, but this one performed pretty poorly.

Great Foam Roller
My physical therapist recommended that I get a foam roller to help with self myofascial release in the mid back due to a snowboarding related injury.This is a great foam roller. The quality is top-notch. I love the firmness. In the past, I've struggled to find a foam roller that gives me the desired pressure (I like a really hard, deep pressure). This roller fits the bill. It is very durable and I think it will last a long time.The one negative is it is a little shorter than I was expecting. I am broad shoulder and this one doesn't quite reach shoulder to shoulder. With that being said, the length doesn't hinder my ability to do any of the exercises that my P.T.

A Godsend for my Achy Back
I have been reading about these and given the chance to purchase one, I took the opportunity.This is a nice firm roller, even working well for my larger self. I have been having a LOT of lower back pain of late and have been using this to massage the spot on my lower back that has hurt.This has done a phenomenal job for it and the price for a foam roller is very good. (Most that I've seen have run at around $40) - I look forward to finding more uses for it - but in the meantime it's been a Godsend for my lower back!I received this item at a discount in exchange for an honest review.

A high density foam roller that's great for my son's workout.
I bought this for my son who likes to work out. This helps him stretch out his back and he also uses it for crunches. I'm sure there are other uses for it. My younger son also likes to use it to stretch out his back. He says it feels really nice. I received a discount in exchange for product testing and review.
