I absolutely love these yoga cards. As a pediatric physical therapist who suddenly needed to do teletherapy due to Covid, these cards were invaluable. I was able to incorporate them into many games and home exercise programs. An added bonus is there are suggestions on the back to help you make activities easier or more difficult as needed.

These are great to use with kids. The visuals are very clear and there is great supportive and educational information included to help appropriately grade challenges, to identify which poses are good for working on which skills, etc.

This is a fabulous no-prep way to implement healthy movement. The descriptions on the back are easy to read. The students LOVE yoga now. I’ve used these for K-9th grade.The colorful cards are very appealing-not too busy.

Large size cards with info on doing each move, as well as modifications to make it easier or more challenging. Easy to follow directions and great illustrations.

The kids love these cards. They are fun and are easy for the kids to follow. They can actually accomplish all of the moves shown. It is a great way to introduce them to controlled body movement and structured exercise.

Cards are sturdy quality. Kids love the names and routine. Pictures work really well with kiddos with limited verbal skills. The case is sturdy and it comes with labels so cards and kit always make their way home if left behind or borrowed.

Most effective with young children when they choose which cards to use. I suggest they choose between 5-7 cards to warm up for psychotherapy and wind down after our sessions. I have not used them long enough for the patients to ask for but none of them have decline my suggestion for use to open and close our sessions. I also notice that they are more receptive to the interventions used during the sessions.
