These are black screws. I bought them to replace all of the gold ones in my guitar. I wanted them to be black instead of gold and the gold ones were rusting and looking really dingy. These black ones worked great and look good. They were a little bit longer and wider then the originals so they went in perfectly and got a good grip so they don't feel lose at all. The only thing is I wish the head was flat that way they would be flush to the body and back plates, but they rounded so they don't get caught on anything and they look alright so I am happy.

I build guitars as a hobby and frequently have to work on other guitars as a favor to friends. I keep these replacement screws on hand to deliver "as new" condition. These screws are perfect and I would purchase them again. Also, the seller handled the order promptly and would recommend using them also.

I purchased these for my Fender bass pick guards, and they work perfectly. I like that they're not 100% exact to the original screws, giving these more purchase and bite into the wood, avoiding screws falling out while playing. Definitely will be purchasing again.

All screws eventually rust and most screws will not strip if you exercise some care and don't let them rust. You honestly can't so wrong with this pack. there are 50 screws in this little ziplock bag and that's more than twice the screws you need in your average pickguard. I used them on my new p-bass pickguard.

They work great and if give your project a nice, clean look. If anyone has an issue with not getting enough "bite" after taking out the old screws cut a toothpick and put it in the hole, it will give you the grip you need.

Advertised for strat among others, well heads are too big for my Fender countersink, also too big for my Hagstrom. We have eliminated USA and Europe. Perhaps the fit import type Strats etc

I grabbed this for a pre loved vintage modified 70's Squier Jazz bass. These are the exact fit for the pick guard screws. I was so happy to get rid of the corroded/rusty looking chrome plated ones with some fresh ones. I have the natural wood color with a black pick guard and these look awesome on it. I would recommend these to anyone looking for new screws.

Good value for anybody building or repairing electric guitars. Enough in the package to do a few guitars or as plenty of spares. Quality is indistinguishable from what I'd find in a music store.

Great screws to replace older beat up ones. I replaced the original chrome ones on my Fender Precision bass with these black ones - white pick guard - makes for a nice contrast. They're a bit shorter and a hair thicker than the originals but they work well and hold fast.
