Very tasty stuff
I love these. But as a personal preference item, that doesn't mean YOU will, too. I believe they're baked , not fried, so they're likely lipid neutral. Very good for dipping. I bought a couple more bags after I devoured the first.

Steamrolled bag
They were packed in a soft envelope. The chip bag looked like it was run over by a steamroller and all that was left in the bag was orange powder. I dumped the nacho powder into my mouth so it wasn't a total loss. 1 star for packing, 4 stars for delicious nacho powder.

Not Doritos but pretty tasty!
We stopped buying non-GMO corn a few years ago and we only organic milk so we have not had Doritos in a very long time. I loved Doritos! Like eat a whole bag in 5 minutes type of love so I really missed the,. I tried a variety of healthier options and they all were awful in comparison. Then we found Paqui on display at our local Giant supermarket and on sale for 2 for $5. I bought it not expecting very much. These are the BEST compared to alternatives out there. I devoured a bag in minutes and went the next day and bought 2 more. Do these taste exactly like Doritos? No. They are a lighter chip in weight and in flavor. They don't have the dreaded "Dorito Linger" affect either and they won't cut your mouth (if you've ever done that with a Dorito, you know my pain). I really like the balance of flavor in these chips. A very good nacho chip in my opinion! They are pricey but they are also GMO free and made with organic dairy so it is worth it to me. Will definitely be buying again!

NOTHING LIKE DORITOS
I did not really like these chips, I thought they would taste like Doritos but they didn't, they had this weird after taste, and they were more expensive online then they were at the grocery store. I do not intend on buying them again

Good texture and taste; contains organic dairy (3/5 green stars).
Crunchy and cheesy and pretty decent overall – particularly if you crave junky-tasting food without junky ingredients. As another reviewer said, these are like a healthier version of Doritos. I appreciate that they chose to make these with organic dairy ingredients. Some people have this perception that organic dairy only means that cows are not fed with unnecessary antibiotics or hormones. It goes beyond this – there are strict rules on ensuring the cows are allowed to graze on pasture (for at least 120 days per year) and treated humanely. I’m trying to avoid dairy products these days if not organic, because of concerns over animal welfare. They are also Kosher and nut-, soy-, and gluten-free (see pics below for ingredients and nutrition info). For social and environmental impact I’m giving them 3/5 green stars. Definitely, they deserve props for the organic dairy. They are also non-GMO. They are made by Amplify Snack Brands – the same people who make Skinny Pop – and I haven’t found any information on their sustainability or general corporate responsibility. There are other chip brands out there using organic ingredients, using green energy, making biodiesel from their used cooking oil, supporting conservation projects, etc. (like Kettle and Boulder Canyon). Hopefully Paqui (Amplify) will improve on these issues over time – they are just getting started. So, I think they are in the middle of the pack - definitely two steps above Doritos though!

MUCH better than Doritos, on every level!
My husband and I LOVE these chips! After finding out MSG was causing his frequent migraines, Doritos are off the menu at our house, but these chips are so much better. The flavor is richer, and the texture of the chip is more dense and grainy.

Organic maybe, but not GMO
The package says non-gmo and no MSG. They are fried in Canola oil which is made from soy and is gmo. Yeast extract is just another name for MSG.

Excellent taste, will continue to purchase!
These taste just like Doritos! I think they might actually have more flavor though. It's gmo free and the non-gmo project is super thorough with their certification, so I'm sure the canola isn't GMO as a previous reviewer claims. These are so amazing and an excellent clean food choice for chips!
