I suffer from tellegen affluvium (basically stress related hair loss). There is really nothing anyone can do about it, besides avoid physical and emotional stress. Ha! Since that is nearly impossible, I try to focus on always growing new hair that is strong and healthy. Per my dermatologist, the only product proven to grow hair is monoxidil, and so I do use a generic version of topical monoxidil on my scalp. However, I also take this supplement for my hair, skin and nails. I have tried four other hair skin and nail supplements, given each at least four months to really work, and my experience is that this supplement is far superior to the others. My daily hair shedding has decreased, my hair is stronger, I am tweezing my eyebrows more frequently, and my nails are growing faster. I would highly recommend this, and I am sharing this review solely because I appreciate when others review products with detail. No product or money was given to me.

Loaded with vitamins and MSM on top of that...finally, someone understands that they all need to work togethre and it's not just a couple of vitamins that are needed to keep our largest organ healthy.Really, our hair and nails are an extension of our skin...and they all benefit.I'm a huge consumer of MSM so that was great selling point. My wife has been using this product for a few weeks now and i have to say i am rather impressed. As with any supplement the results are not over night but i have noticed by her keeping up with scheduled use her nails look a little healthier and her hair seems like it looks better too! Im not sure yet what the final results will be but if it keeps this up she wont be willing to stop to find out! We will most likely be ordering more once we run out. thank you!

This may be a good product but I think Amazon should check the expiration dates more closely and not send out vitAmins that are 6 months from expiration date as they are not as effective. If they do this again I will return the product.

These vitamins are amazing. If you're looking for something to help your hair grow and become thicker buy these, they actually work. I colored my hair the day before I started taking these have been taking them a little over two weeks. I have light brown hair and color it blonde, there is noticeable growth from the blonde in just two weeks! Not to mention my hair is really shiny as well as thicker than I think its ever been. My skin has a glow to it I have been getting compliments about and my nails are also growing like crazy. I have been hunting so long for something that actually works and can tell you these do. I already purchased 2 more bottles.

Great product. I wanted something to promote hair growth which it did although i was looking for greater results for my hair i got great results for my nails and skin. Within a few days of using this product i got numerous complements on how great my skin looked. My nails also grew stronger and longer than it ever did. I did see some improvement in the texture of my hair but i was looking forward for more hair growth.

Even though I am on medication daily for hypothyroidism, I still have issues with fatigue and hair falling out. I started taking the Biotin and within a few days have noticed an increase in my energy level and also have noticed less hair loss after I shower and blow dry my hair. Great for my hair and nails:)

Very great product... I have had issues with my skin for years and tried so many products that didn't work, but my skin is finally clearing up after using this product for less than a month...
