So comfortable!
The Rest Amber Backstrap Sandals are totally AUTHENTIC Vionics for those who want to know. I looked up “Walking Comfort” (based in Centerville, Utah) at the Vionic Store Locator on the Vionicshoes.com website, and it is on the list. I wear an 8-1/2 shoe, and the Size 8 sandals fits perfectly. This is my second pair of the same style I purchased a few years ago, and my feet absolutely love them!

Horrible Quality
I wore these shoes three times and a strap broke. I called Vionic and learned that they do not stand behind their products.Update: The vendor notified me that they are issuing a refund for the defective shoes. I am happy with the final outcome. I may give Vionic another try.

Samoa better for plantar fasciitis heel pain
I bought the Samoa sandal first and loved the way they felt. Unfortunately I kept stepping out of them. So thought I’d get these and they really aren’t as comfortable as the Samoa at all. I may try a different size in the Samoa to see if I can keep them on. Im a half size so I read reviews to order a size down. In the Samoa and they were right on the edge of too small, so I ordered a size up on these. I also ordered a regular instead of a wide width and it worked out perfect. I’m starting to feel like Goldilocks, hoping I can find just the right one. Long story long, the Samoa has way more support, if you can get them to stay on your feet. These are hard for me.

Comfy and Cute
I have to wear shoes with arch support and this shoe is great for that! Having adjustable straps on every strap is great. Some of the supportive sandals are really wide. These are a bit wider than my non-supportive, cute sandals, but not overly wide. I really like them and will get them in other colors! Worth the money.

Strap broke during first try on
First shoe the strap broke off. Then I was sent a replacement but the replacements were a size 11 not a size 8 like they should have been. Now I'm having issues sending them both back to get reimbursed. Very disappointed.

Please help with this problem
Bought these in October 2024 but did not wear them until summer of 2025. I love the fit and look of these sand. I just noticed though that the back strap is coming ripping at the seam. How do I get a refund or replacement?

This Granny Likes This Shoe
Ok, I guess I just don't know what "stylish" is any more. Comfort has become number one priority in my life. I have read so many reviews that say that this sandal is not "stylish" and that it looks like a "grandma sandal." Or best yet, an "old lady sandal." Well, I am a grandma and I am 64 years old so I guess I'd agree. However, these sandals allow me to walk, without pain of any kind, 1 to 2 hours a day. 7 days a week. NO PAIN! So back to the stylish issue. If someone could show me 1. What "stylish" looks like and 2. What shoe is both stylish and comfortable, I'll buy them. Until then this old grandma, who walks daily and is VERY ACTIVE, wants comfort. (Shhhh... I think these shoes are pretty cute. But what do I know.,) Oh, I suffered from an Achilles injury while hiking on our cross country trip looking for covered bridges. My first pair of vionics were purchased while it healed. I now own 4 pair. Wore out one which I use in the garden. I have only purchased the sandal. Someday I'll try another style.
