HoMedics Ozone Clean 3-in-1 Multipurpose Cleaner, Sanitizer and Deodorizer, White, White

The device seems to work as advertised, infusing ozone into the water that I can actually smell in the bottle right after generation. There is one critical flaw though that has caused both the original unit and the replacement one to become unusable after only a week of use, and that's the spray trigger mechanism. Even disposable spray bottles last at least several months. Don't know why Homedics would skimp on such a basic part on such an expensive "spray bottle". I have reached out to support and will update my review if they have corrected this flaw, but I doubt that will be the case.UPDATE: It took Homedics exactly two weeks to respond to my issue where they asked for all sorts of documentation including invoice, S/N, and pics of the product. I responded the same day, and did not receive another reply for exactly 2 more weeks where they requested for the product to be returned for a replacement. I had asked in my original request if the design flaw had been addressed and an upgraded sprayer was available, but this was ignored. I can't help but think that the delays from Homedics were intentional to run out the opportunity to return the item to Amazon. Fortunately I had already started the Amazon return process and just returned to Amazon instead of returning to Homedics for a 3rd flawed sprayer that I would have been stuck with.

I never got to use the product because it was defective from the start. I believe it was a used and returned product that was then sold to me. Nozzle broken and base unstable. Very disappointed!

We've gotten on the ozone bandwagon pretty heavily recently, with a number of other ozone-producing products for cleaning, santizing & odor elimination for rooms/cars/surfaces/laundry. The one thing all the other products I've used have in common is a very strong smell of ozone when in operation. I've tried as hard as I can to smell any ozone in the water this thing and can't smell the faintest hint of ozone. It puts on a good show of generating little bubbles of ozone while "charging" up the water, but I'm highly skeptical any of those bubbles are actually mixing with the water itself. Buyer beware.

Purchased this product TWICE by mistake. Was reviewing the product on the Homemedics website & saw a link where I could purchase the product on Amazon for $99. Placed the order but then realized that Homemedics had actually processed the purchase for $130, I IMMEDIATELY attempted to cancel the order with Homemedics. What a joke...cannot cancel an order online, they NEVER ANSWER their phone, , calls just dropped/disconnected after several minutes on hold, left multiple messages w/no call back. TWO months later FINALLY received a refund after MUCH effort & aggravation. PRODUCT is JUNK...don't even think it does what it claims, NO scent of OZONE, wobbly base, faulty trigger and AFTER only FOUR MONTHS, just STOPPED WORKING...just in time for warranty/return to have expired!! Won't waste any more time trying to get a refund/replacement but will NEVER purchase another product from Homemedics again!

For the price, this is a spiffy little unit. I have bigger ones that are a hassle to get out and set up so I needed something in the kitchen for rapid use. I have run 50 cycles with this and used the water for dental appliances to kitchen sponges and pet odor. When the sponge gets stinky, I take the top off and pour all four ounces into the sponge and it is spring fresh again. Same with pet accidents. I use a Bissel carpet cleaner and when done with first run, pour all four ounces of ozone on the spot, wait a minute and vacuum it up. Works great on wiping down counters and sinks after chicken prep or such. Aqueous Ozone is a wonderful sanitizer and this little unit has not disappointed.

The quality control was missing on this product. The unit did not function from the very beginning. Instead of operating for 2 or 4 minutes, the unit turned off after one second and never ran.

1st and 2nd units were both defective as they would not charge the water in either 2 or 4 minute modes. Customer service from HoMedic only advises to return and reorder (pathetic long wait times with Zero help).HoMedic is now on my avoid list, poor quality control and customer service.

Unfortunately this is the replacement for my original purchase of the same item and the sprayer stopped working right rendering it useless just as it did the first time

Underrated product.This unit has saved me so much time.A bit pricey at first glance but I would buy it again. I sanitize my produce because we know people touch produce.No additional cartridges needed.Applications are endless. Food, floors, washrooms, anywhere children play.My main complaint is the size.
