I have a couple conditions which cause chronic fatigue. And saying I don't respond to stimulants easily is putting it mildly. Caffeine for instance, has zero effect on me. For some reason it did take my body a few days to adjust to this product, but I was genuinely surprised that after it did, it actually worked. Despite going w/the recommended dose initially, I believe it was too much, initially at least. I would say less is more, start low and titrate up. Now I take about two standard doses a day total, but spread throughout the day over quite a few tiny doses, this just works better for me. Putting it in coffee or some other drink seems to have it work a bit better than putting it in capsules (which i also do)

I bought this for the energy benefits associated with epinephrine. I read that synephrine was a naturally derived version. A normal dose is about 25mg, so I tried mixing 50mg into a water bottle, and drinking half in the morning and half at midday. 50mg is such a tiny amount, this page asks me to rate the flavor, but it would have to be ALL flavor for that small amount to matter. Well, it didn't seem to matter at all, as I didn't feel any energy from it either. The next day I tried doubling the dose, 100mg total, 50mg each serving. Again, I felt no difference in energy level. The next day I doubled it again, to 200mg in my small bottle of water, and I'll save you the suspense, there was no effect at all. The next day I drank a cup of coffee, and was wired for a few hours. I am not a fan of coffee, and wanted to avoid drinking it to get a boost, but I haven't bothered with the rest of this pouch, and don't plan on it

If someone wants to get coke or meth, then Amazon is not the place where you should look for it.This is a very cool product for training, and it has nothing to do with banned stimulants.

This stuff is hardcore. Make your first dose impossibly small. I only ever ended up taking about 3/4 of one of those scoops, at the absolute max. You will laugh when you see the scoop. Give it at least 2 hours to let it run its course before going back for more. I'd say the stuff is probably good for 4. I had very little trouble sleeping from it which was cool. I would rate 5 stars for being legit, but Im knocking a point because I dont think it's a supplement I would recommend. It feels very aggressive. It also made me... explosive. Which became expressed as and in my aggression. In approximately every meaning of the word. I wanted to be able to say that this product is like THC-O, in that the need for a loophole led to something beautiful. But I can't lol. I can't picture raw synephrine being worse. It's cool that it's there though, far from useless, and probably safe when respected by healthy individuals. Expensive and I doubt you'll ever use it all but it is technically good value

This product is very, very strong. It works as advertised. Take with care. Do your research on this chemical and the way it interacts with your body. The 'scoop' that is included looks like a red coffee stirrer. The measurement of this device is 10mg. For me, literally 20mg made my heart flutter and induced a rush. Take with caution. I saw a review of somebody ingesting 200mg. Do NOT do this. Synephrine has strong cardiac effects. You will suffer. I gave my coworker 20mg. He didn't sleep for 2 days. This is why I advise caution. Further research of synephrine concludes that many first users overdo it and end up in the hospital or faint. I cannot stress the caution you need to take.

This really helps create alertness for workout sessions. The package has 1000 servings and comes with a milligram scoop which is small but doesn’t fit inside the package so look out for it in the shipping. Only need to add 1-2 small scoops per drink to get results. I noticed them right away.

I took this about a week it didn't slow my eating but it did give a boost of energy. Or that feeling. Read instructions do not over take this.
