Is this sulfate , cilicone and paraben free?

Is this meant to be used after every shampoo, or will it dry hair out? Thanks

Thank you for reaching out! We suggest to wash your hair with Nexxus Therappe Shampoo. This is a deep conditioner to be used in place of the Humectress conditioner as needed. Then, smooth Nexxus Humectress Hair Masque into wet hair from mid-lengths to the ends, comb through, and leave for 3-5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. We hope this helps!

can this be used as a leave in conditioner?

I personally have used it as leave in but it is pretty heavy though. Depending on if you worried about your hair looking weighed down you may want to skip it.
