PYHIGH Exercise Bike Indoor Cycle Bike Pedal and Crank

The seller is very helpful in providing me with instructions to take out the old crank and install the new pedal. Although my warranty has ended, Lydia has patiently help answered my questions along the way. We have the bike for more than a year now and by replacing the worn out crank we can keep on using the bike. Feel free to reach out the seller if you have any questions!

Perfect. Before I completely assembled the bike, my son used it without the pedals being completely tightened, it stripped the pedal bolt and crank shaft. Ruining both pedal bolt and crank shaft.Thank goodness for these replacement parts. Thank you!

Everything works out really good and smooth with the helpers. They contact you to ask the bike model and to confirm exactly what you need. Also, Lydia was really helpful sending me the instructions for replace the crack arm and giving me answers to all my questions.

Does anyone know how to contact PYHIGH Indoor Exercise Bikes customer service? Soon after my purchase of the PYHIGH S2 exercise bike, the left pedal to crank threaded connection became loose and stripped. The crank threads are shot. I need a new replacement crank and left pedal. Can you recommend a source for these parts or better yet, suggest how to contact the manufacturer of the PYHIGH S2 bike.

I have to say that the customer service from Pyhigh is spot on. They're very responsive to emails and very eager to make the customer happy.

I ordered a replacement right pedal and crank and received an “exercise computer” which appears to be a generic calorie / distance counter. Confused and disappointed. Would not recommend.

This is probably the best customer service I have ever experienced with a company. I was upset that the left pedal came off and required a new crank and pedal assembly. Lydia was very responsive and went the extra mile to ensure that the problem was quickly and sufficiently resolved.
