Clear Winner
This is the platinum product in its category, IMHO. I looked at a LOT of racks before ordering two of these, and I ordered in spite of a few negative reviews. Don't be misled by people who simply failed to assemble it correctly- these racks are great. They are far more solid, stable, and have greater capacity than the typical flimsy wire racks you'll normally see as "over the door" pantry racks. This rack is very cleverly designed and engineered and works great IF you pay a bit of attention to what you are doing when assembling it. The directions, which are illustrations only, could be clearer. Assembly is easy and requires no tools. You connect two pieces on each side with a provided connector that has two push-in buttons that lock it into place. That's the frame. You then attach the six baskets by putting them on molded pieces and turning a knob. Once you figure it out, assembly is about five minutes, if that. Here's a tip that will help you out - the baskets have a "front" and "back" - the mounting point is not in the middle of the basket depth; it divides the basket into rough one-third and two-thirds sections. The two-thirds portion goes toward the REAR of the unit (closer to the cupboard door) when you are assembling the rack. This makes sense, if you think about it, because it puts more of the weight toward the rear, against the door. Get this right and you won't have the problems a few people did. Everything fits well; if it doesn't, stop - you are doing something wrong.Second tip - assemble one "arm," attached all the baskets, then assemble and attach the second arm with the first lying on the ground, basket ends sticking up.You can greatly add to the stability of the rack and keep it from jumping around when you suddenly open or close the door by simply getting some wide-shouldered washers and screwing one through an opening at the back of each basket (or even every other basket), to help secure the unit to the closet door. You can also make the thing rock solid by using the "over the door" hanger without the "over-the-door" part and attaching the unit directly to the door with screws at the top (the door "hook" is designed up to be removed from the rest of the hanger with a few back and forth moves). The unit needs about 6-6 1/4 inches of clearance inside the pantry when closed. Make sure you've got that. This unit has great capacity, looks good, and is very definitely worth the money. I'm very glad I opted for this. These helped immeasurably in bringing order to my chaotic kitchen.

Perfect in the bathroom
We moved a few months ago. Love the new house, but closet space is at a premium throughout. My spouse REALLY needed more shelf space in her bathroom for the mysterious potions and lotions that are essential to a happy life for her.And no, there was NOT enough wall space to mount shelving or cabinets. After shopping at several brick & mortar stores and finding many overpriced, and unsuitable options, we turned to Amazon.Hard to be sure on line, but we figured we'd take a gamble—return is always an option if completely unsuitable.Worked out perfect for her needs. Plenty of storage space, construction seems reasonably sturdy for the money, assembly was a breeze.A note: Our unit is hanging on a door which does not need to open and close. If you are mounting on an operational door, you may want to consider some heavy duty double-sided tape or similar to secure the bottom to prevent swinging free when the door opens and closes.

It's just an organizer, but...
It is seriously great. It was easy to put together...it took my 7 year old and I about 5 minutes. Pay attention to the threads on the baskets vs. the side rails and you're golden. It takes up most of the pantry door, which is narrower than a standard door. Holds a lot of small/light items that clutter up the pantry, so it is really helpful. It's so useful to me that I'm ordering another one for my cleaning supply closet. If you don't want the cheap wire look and don't mind that it's black, you'll appreciate how sturdy this is.**Updated 01/28/2016**A word of advice: You might have one side fall apart when you shut your pantry/closet door. Meaning that the joint between the upper and lower shelves comes apart on one side. This happened several times to us (different joints on each of our 2 units) and was really frustrating. Nothing fell to the floor, but you would hear a *thonk* from inside the closet when closing the door and know it came apart. Solution: super glue the joint together. I can't think of a reason to take these back apart, so this was a win and solved the problem.

Works great for my purposes
I've seen a few reviews that talk about how hard it was to put together and that it falls apart when loaded down with a bunch of heavy items. This rack was SUPER easy to put together after looking at the instructions (i know, who reads instructions??) and I didn't need a single tool. I currently have it loaded up with about 50 bottles of hot sauce (picture in the customer pictures) and it probably is around 10-15 lbs. I will say that it does feel like it's not made to be loaded down with canned goods and jars of pickles and heavy things like that. It definitely has no problem holding what I have and i'm sure it could hold double what I have in there with no problem, but I wouldn't put more than 5lbs per shelf. I think it's a great rack and is sturdy for a door hanger. It fits together snugly with only a tiny bit of wiggle where the top half of the rack fits to the bottom half. The shelves are very solid in their fit. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I think it's a tad over priced. I feel that this is a $30-$40 rack. Even at $40 I would have given 5 stars, but $50 is a bit steep. Still, I bought it and it works well looks good, and doesn't flop around when I open/close the pantry door. I definitely recommend it if you want to use it for light items (again 5lbs or less per shelf, 30lbs or less total). If you want to load it down with heavy stuff, this is not the rack for you.
