Best bang for you buck in a crowded market!
Outstanding crossbow for the money. It has become common to see quite a few sub $400 quality crossbows on the market but this one stands above the rest. It is very light which is great for public land hunting if you walk a ways (I walk about 1.5 miles from the parking area to my stand). Also the build quality is very good. It feels like a premium bow at a economical price. The only cons are the trigger is just ok, not good nor bad, and it’s a bit noisy. To fix the noise I bought the noise dampener kit and string stops for it and that made a huge difference and highly recommend. Lastly, the scope that comes on it is really pretty good and certainly useable but I opted to replace it for an illuminated reticle for low light hunting. Overall can’t go wrong with this bow and really is the best option out there at this price point.

Instructions lacking
I had to take this crossbow to our local sporting goods store to have them show me how to cock it. The instructions were, to say the least, not very informative on how to properly insert the string spacer and cock the crossbow. Once the clerk at the store looked at the bow (I luckily installed the spacer correctly) and showed me how to cock it, this bow is AWESOME!.

Parts Missing
TenPoint neglected to include the hardware to install the quiver. Actually took the whole damn thing in to a certified TenPoint service/repair center and had them put the crossbow together. They orderd the missing hardware and I hope to get back in the woods by early December 2021. Not the repair centers first experience with this. What the hell?

String broke with less than 20 bolts fired.
The first problem was the thing came without the bolt to attach the bow to the frame. I sent Tenpoint a message through their website and had no response. I don't suppose they care when they fail to package products properly. I really needed to bow for this season, so I resolved the missing part out of my pocket. Shot well, grouped great. I set the scope and waited for season. Yesterday, the day before season, I put the target out and was going to shoot a few times just for practice but the string broke. Day before season starts and the string broke with less than 20 total shots fired. Strings are not covered under warranty. I don't guess they care about standing behind their product for at least a couple of months. Today I drove 40 miles to a dealer instead of going hunting. Strings, according to the dealer take 3 to 4 weeks to come in. I don't guess they care about their product support at all. I bought it because it is American Made. Turns out, it's American Made junk. Today people across the State are happily hunting deer. I'm hunting repairs to my BRAND NEW, BROKEN BOW. I'm sick to my stomach over the lost time in the woods and the fact that this American Made product is such a piece of junk.

Arrived package beat up and parts missing
My dad went with ten point year ago and it was great that's why I chose this bow .nope it's cheap made and when it arrived the box crushed and instructions hanging out the bottom wondering how many parts fell out of box can't find bag that has screws to hold bow together. Guess I'll go down to hard ware store and buy my own. It would be quicker than shipping back and them ship another one that will probably show up in the same condition. Product is not packed very well.
