A steal for $20ish
Works great, no issues at all, and battery life seems to last a very long time. Comes with a nice little case too. Fit right onto my existing camera tripod. If you're having trouble getting it to stop blinking, use a regular level on top of it to get it level, and then it should stop.

Great low cost level
I recently needed to dig about 100' of trench about 4' deep for a DIY project. (I have my own backhoe) I wanted to use a laser level but didn't want to spend a lot for one for a one time project. I thought I would give this a try along with an Amazon basic camera tripod. I'm so glad I bought this!!! It saved me so much time and my accuracy was spot on for the entire trench.I used an adjustable paint extension handle with a wooden yardstick taped to it. I would level the laser level so that it could swing 180° and stay level. I would adjust the handle on the painters extention handle so that the laser mark was on 20". I could easily see if my trench was high or low based on where the laser was from 20". I could do about 30' of trench and then I had to move the tripod further down the line. I would find a spot that was spot on the 20" mark before I repositioned the laser level. I would then move the tripod about 15' past where I had dug, level it, then shoot the repositioned level back at my spot in the ditch and either raise or lower the painter handle extension until the laser was on my 20" mark on the ruler. I was then able to dig another 30' of trench before I hand to move it again. The reason I had to do it this way was due to the laser only projecting about 15' in daylight. If your looking for a laser that can project 100' in daylight outside, this one is not for you. If your willing to reposition your tripod several times. This did the trick for me.

Excellent for the price
Excellent product for the price. I was looking for a laser level for occasional use at home and it works for me.Batteries last quite a long time which make this tool always ready for use.

Works fine but is limited
The self leveling is great if you can get it lined up with the height of whatever you want to hang but it is pretty inconvenient that it can’t self level and still project a level line upward at a wall.Combined with the lack of a bubble level to manually set it, it makes this a pretty limited tool in the arsenal, but it still works if you take the time to set it up correctly, so I can’t fault it completely.

Easy to use and laser is bright
I love this laser level. It is well build with high quality material and very easy to use: It can be mounted directly to camera tripod via screw. I was worry the tripod itself is not leveled well but found that laser level itself can compensate a minor angle error caused by the platform. If an adjustment of positioning is required, the laser level status light and the green laser will flash. The green laser cross beams are very bright and can be very easily.

Stops working
Works great for about a year then stops working with no drops of rough handling

Got to have a really steady hand
This goes out great lines that you can use to level out when hanging pictures etc. But unless you have a stand to put it on is very hard for someone to hold it long enough steady so that you can get your markings right. I am returning for that reason otherwise I would be keeping it
