Does this look the same from both sides? I want to buy a pair and would love to have them face each other

What are the actual dimensions? There are 2 very different sets of dimensions for this item.

From the base to the head 7.5”, base to the top of tail 10”, nose to tail 12”. Base is 7” X 3”. It is a beautiful piece. Awesome detail. I love his eyes! The picture does not do it justice.

What is this made of?

I can't recall but it is really well made and if it's not what it looks like wood it was a gift for my father who is very happy with it and doesn't do junky stuff
