JBJ Rimless Desktop 10 Gallon Flat Panel Aquarium w/LED Light (RL-10-FP), Clear

This tank is so cool! It's exactly as I expected. The only drawback is the light control. It's not raised, and it's on the back, so it's difficult to find the touch control. If you're cool looking like an idiot in front of your beloved fish, that drawback doesn't matter :)

Top arrived broken. I was told orginally I would receive $25 credit. You can't buy a JBJ Glass top for $25. I would have accepted the credit with no problem. However, I never got it. Now The light don't work. The filter sucks.

The lid arrived shattered, not a surprise, as it was wrapped in a crappy piece of bubble wrap unsecured or further cushioned just rattling around inside the tank. Not too mad about that, as I’m planning on hardscape and plants being much higher than the tank. But wait, there’s more! The corners of the tank are not mitered, they’re butt joints, and the silicone was in no way shape or form done neatly. I have yet to leak test it yet, but I am not optimistic. Really wish I had just gotten another FZ tank. Dreading lugging this thing on the bus to return it. Should have read the reviews prior to purchase.

I bought this just for the tank which is 10g low and long for use as a mixed reef with caulerpa bed on the end. The light is useless as it doesn't work with timer correctly. It'll turn on and off but only at it's default setting. I didn't plan on using it anyway.The filter is interesting. I wanted a rear sump because I prefer All in One tanks. The outlet is too high and causes splashing or sucks down too much bubbles when facing down. The pump is too weak and i replaced it with a mini 80gph pump from amazon. I removed the media cartridge and dropped a bag of chemipure blue down the 2nd chamber and have a ATO float above it. It doesn't surface skim well so I put black duct tape over 1/3 of the bottom half of the intake to make the water surface spill over more.I had to put another nano sized pump in the tank on the right side which was a dead zone for flow

Tank is beautiful, filter and light not so much. Replaced filter with Aqueon 10, find my review on that filter for some tips on noise. Still have the light but looking at replacing for one with timer and easy to adjust settings.On the plus side, seller and manufacturer super responsive. Tank could be so much better. Maybe just offer the glass without accessories?Buy it for the great form factor and glass.

I like this tank cause you can use the light or not and use the filter it comes with or not but the tank is a nice size and shape and also you don't have to use the stand under the tank if you don't want to I choose not to. Its really hard to find a nice long 10 gallon that has low or no metal in the glass and no rims, I hate rims it distracts from the tank,

Tank is pretty decent no complaints with the LEDs, no real complaints with the filter box other than it does not surface skim very well. It will hold a variety of media if you didn't want to pick up Jbj replacement cartridge. Only real downfall is there is no room for a protein skimmer at all even the nano ones..... HOB only.

The pump is awful and you can't set a timer on the light.
