its well built,iv been using every day and its been helping my back out,its worth buying ,,,

Received my order. Put the machine together and it did not work correctly at all because of a malfunction. Called stamina, Explain the problem and they asked for pictures. Sent them the pictures and they agreed to send me a replacement awesome! However, upon receiving their replacement and putting it together, it does not work for me personally, at all. I call stamina, explain that I’d like to return this and get a refund for my money, To which they reply, I am outside of my return window. Then they tell me they’d be willing to accept my return however I would be responsible for paying for shipping. UPS tells me it will cost $199.97 plus tax. That means after getting my “refund “I would be out of pocket $200. This is an absolutely absurd, business practice, and I hope this company goes out of business very very quickly operating this way. Because now I’m stuck with a machine that doesn’t work and I’m out $237 thanks to stamina

I've read the instructions multiple times. I've put this thing together and it doesn't do anything. The jaw that is supposed to grab the teeth and move the seat to "decompress" you doesn't hold. As if you just keep flapping your arm with the bars and no decompression happens.
