This drill is by far the best I’ve come across. I bought it almost 3 months ago and still haven’t had to charge it. Has multiple settings and super easy to use.

I’ve let my coworkers use it many times and they have let it drop which is the number one rule as a nail technician when owning a drill but even so it’s still working like new and hasn’t given up on me. It’s been almost a year since I’ve bought it

It's been over a year since I used this. It still works well and still helps me when I'm working. It's light, has good power, and you can control the power by looking at the rpm, which is convenient. It seems to last a long time after charging. Maybe because I use multiple drills when working. I think I charge it once every two weeks.

This product works very well and does what it is supposed to do. However, if you are sensitive to smells stay clear! The plastic smell of this product was apparent the minute I opened the box. This isn’t just a normal plastic smell. I had this product sitting on the kitchen table and I could smell it in the living room. I had to put it in a different room and let it air out. It’s been a month or so and I can still smell it when it’s within a few feet. I’m not sure why the smell is so strong but it gives me a headache after just a few minutes. Otherwise, it’s fantastic. Good weight to the handle and I love the portability of it.

bought this drill back in 2021. it worked amazing at first, until recently it started slowing down and stopping frequently. it also starts overheating really bad to the point i can’t even touch the hand piece. & there’s no way to contact the seller to possibly get this issue resolved. it was a good drill until it started malfunctioning :(

So far, so good. I had an older model Makartt that lasted 6 years... YES, SIX YEARS. I got more than my money's worth from that drill, so now I'm moving on to an upgrade in the Makartt family, and so far, I'm enjoying it. Ladies, trust me, it's so worth the investment. I made the dreadful mistake of purchasing a melody susie for nearly $300 thinking that "more expensive meant better...." WRONG!!!! The handpiece died in less than a week in the middle of servicing a client. You can't begin to imagine how embarrassing that was, & instead of working with me to remedy the matter, melody susie's customer service suggested almost immediately that I must have been "uneducated" as to how to operate said drill when the majority of their bad reviews is centered around their faulty handpiece. That's what I get for not just sticking with the brand that I'm most familiar with that offers outstanding quality, no matter how much more inexpensive it is compared to other brands. Again, this investment is so worth it. Besides, it's A BEAUTIFUL BRUSHED ROSE GOLD! How can you turn down great quality with good looks to match?????? Dont sleep on this drill girls! Btw, if you don't already have some, whether you decide to purchase this drill or any other drill, ladies, I can't stress this enough to preserve the life of your motor and handpiece by investing in dust caps for your drill bits to block dust from entering your handpiece throughout your sets. Although this is a great quality drill, these drills cannot care for themselves. I made that mistake with my very first drill it gave out, as it was backed up with dust that got thru the handpiece and other parts of the drill. Just keep this in mind......

Stopped working. I gave 5 stars until the filer just stopped working even though it was fully charged. I just bought this in January. Does anyone know how to get ahold of the company? The seller is no longer on my buyer list since it's past 30 days!Update, the Filer is now working. I let it charge a full 24 hours and now it works like a charm. I updated my stars from 2 to 4

Product is GREAT! The drill is very uncomplicated and very straight forward, it didn’t take me no time at all to figure out it’s function. The drill is very compact and light weight. It is the perfect size for a traveling nail tech. I am a beginner, still in the learning phase and I enjoy the drill for being beginner friendly. Even though it does have beginner qualities, I do feel as though it is a good quality drill. Love this this I would definitely recommend!
