These are the best markers. If you are into coloring, you need them. They fill in a lot of the color gaps that the other markers miss. They are also great quality. I have some that still work from 5 years ago.

This is a nice set. I picked it because it has more colors than many of the other fine liner sets. Some of the colors are close but there are no duplicates. The barrels are smooth and comfortable but not completely round so they don't roll. I have really enjoyed using them..the ink flow is nice. I tried all of the pens out last night and most of them went on very smoothly but some of the lighter colors were scratchy. I find I really dislike that when I am coloring and this is the only thing that kept me from giving this set five stars. I wanted fine liners for those pages in my books that have too intricate spaces for my gel pens and these were great for that. The little plastic containers were actually quite handy. The zippered pouch is pretty, and a nice extra. I would love it if these pens came in even more colors.

Nice variety of colors. Several shades of browns for skin and light tones. Fine point. Perfect for small work.Will purchase again...

I have made a color list with the color and the number of each marker to show how each color looks. This set of markers comes in 2 very nice plastic storage cases. One is labeled 24A, the other is labeled 24B, there is also a nice mesh pencil bag included if you want to store all 48 markers in it. I love that the ink is water based, non toxic, acid free and odor less this makes these markers great for both kids and adults. I have reviewed a few other pen sets, but this one is my favorite. I enjoy that the other sets have glitter pens and metallic pens, but this set is just all colors - nothing fancy. There are 48 pens in the set, and I used all but five of them in the picture I colored (see photos). Quite a few of the colors are pretty close to the same, and artistically, that's a good thing. It's much easier to shade and do color gradations if there are similar colors. My only complaint is that the most of the pen caps don't match the ink colors at all. Some of the lighter caps go with darker inks, and a couple of the greens are quite blue. Still, once you start working with the pens, I'm sure you'll know which one is which. The pens come in two plastic containers of 24 pens each. The set also includes a fabric pouch to carry them in. These pens are also excellent for writing. They are smooth, and the fine tip makes them very easy to write with. The fine tip is also great for adult coloring books. The ink did bleed through the page in the book that I used and there were a few smudges on the second page behind it, but that is as much the fault of the paper as the ink. The inks are water-based for easy clean-up. I'm really happy with them.I received a free or discounted set of pens to try in exchange for an honest and unbiased review, which this is.
