This little mower is actually not so bad when it runs. Not best quality parts but ok. However, after the 3rd year, it started causing multiple problems. Since it was within the 5-year warranty I was hoping it can be solved by contacting customer service. Boy was I wrong. They give you a list of service partners. The closet to mee is an hour away. From that point, you are on your own. Service partners have a backlog of 6-8 weeks. Learned my lesson. Buying a new one and not from this company as you can imagine.

plenty of power, easy to start. rows easy over terrain. East to switch out trimmer heads. My husband uses this to mow our ditch. works great.Only thing that would make it better is to have your neighbor mow for you!

I bought this locally and within a month, about 4 uses, the plastic shroud broke. I can't find parts for it, so I decided I'd make a modification to the plastic shroud and use it anyway, but the head wouldn't turn when I got it out this spring. I wouldn't buy this again.

Works really well for me...I bought this unit to tackle some overgrown areas on my property that were hard to get to with the other mowers that I own. Also, using my weed and bush whackers was just getting to be too much work for me, so I opted to purchase this machine. I found it to be powerful enough to handle all of my needs. Some of the grass was 4 feet tall and this handled everything. I did have to go back and re-cut the tall weeds but that was to be expected. I am glad that I bought this for my needs. Now for the down side... Most of my property is located on steep hills. This machine can be hard to handle going up and down these hills and maneuvering in and around ditches. I was aware of this before I purchased but took the chance and bought it anyway. I have only one suggestion and that would be for the manufacture of this product; When I was using this on the steep slopes I found the machine to be top heavy which caused it to almost turn over on me a couple times. That is a dangerous experience and one that could be mostly avoided if the width between the wheels was wider. To those reading this please note that this is not recommended to be used on steep slopes or hills. I attempted this on my own account knowing what I was doing...

string attachment is not very strong and has already started to separate avte only one use.

HELLO WE BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT LAST WEEK, ITS A GOOD PRODUCT BUT THERE'S ONE OBSERVATION TO DO. THE BLACK PART IN FRONT OF THE WHEELS (LIKE A COVERING BLACK PLASTIC THAT GOES IN FRONT OF THE MACHINE) BREAKS EASILY. WE JUST WORK WITH THE MOWER FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS AND THIS PART BROKE. NOW WE NEED THE REPLACEMENT OF THIS PART, WERE CAN I FIND OR BUY THIS PIECE? AND THERES ANOTHER QUESTION: DOES THE CUTTING STRINGS BREAK TOO FAST..... IS THAT NORMAL?THANK YOU

Well packed, easy unpack, good instructions and simple set up, starts first pull every time, powerful and efficient, works very well. I'm deliriously happy.

I received this trimmer and it was well packed. It took about 5 minutes to unpack and set up. Added the oil that was included and filled the gas tank. I primed the bulb until I could feel it filling with gas and pulled the rope. Started on the second pull. I tested the line rotation and went to work. Man, this was so much easier than trying to do the large area I have to trim. I only had to put on new line one time and that was only because the trimmer caught a piece of wire I didn't see. I did notice that the engine slowed and the belt slipped a little when I got to really thick grass, but if I slowed down a little and let the ends of the trimmer line do the cutting, it was much better. After the first time starting it, I only had to pull one time and it would start right up. The only problem I had with this trimmer is what a few other reviewers noted and that was that this trimmer didn't like to run over uneven surfaces very well. I would have expected it to do better with the large wheels, but I just had to manhandle it a little and I could get the job done. Overall, for the work it saved me it was a great purchase. I would highly recommend this trimmer.
