Airfix Gloster Meteor F8 1:48 Military Aviation Plastic Model Kit A09182

A decent model kit but lacks in serious detail.

Model arrived with sealed package missing parts B12 and B13. Unable to contact Airfix.

I have never made a model from Airfix before, always Tamiya or Hasagawa, they seem to be the best for pieces fitting together with the least amount of cutting, sanding and putty work. The Airfix model met all of my modeling expectations with easy to use instructions, no cutting or sanding parts to make them fit and no putty work. I will have to rate Airfix model 1/48, Gloster Meteor one of the best models I have ever made. A must for all modelers.

The kit is like most Airfix kits, molded to a high standard with heaps of detail. Kit arrived before delivery date and was AUD$30 cheaper than anywhere else the kit is listed, very happy
