Q: I guess does not trigger alexa routines, only broadlink and ifttt products, right?

It supports Alexa routine and broadlink products trigger. It is our new launched device, we will improve description, thanks.

Q: What's the average battery life?

The average battery life is about 1 year

Q: Will this hub also connect all old generic rf (non z-wave) security sensors? if not do you offer any hub to convert existing rf sensors to wifi?

No, this hub is specially used to control BroadLink motion sensor, door sensor, smart light switches. If the old system is X10, we can't used to convert it, they have their own private RF agreement.

Q: Does this read room temperature?

No, it is a PIR detection sensor. If you want to have room temperature, you can buy our another item RM4mini with sensor cable (searcb ASIN: B0872PPSGM on Amazon), with the sensor cable, humidity and temperature will show in the App. You can use those data to set routines.
