This product is exactly what I was looking for!!I used to own a surface pro 4. Due to hardware damage, it no longer operates and as an engineering student, this drastically hindered my ability to take notes (Written with diagrams), use CAD Software, perform assignments, and even excel in job interviews. I was also never exposed to the concept of a dual monitor before. My options were either buy a computer with stylus capabilities but limited specs of great specs for an unbelievable amount of money or aim to buy a portable screen. Many portable screens out there today do NOT a decent stylus feature for a decent prize. THIS IS THE OUTLIER!!Not only am I now able to take written notes (Surface Pro and up quality) while watching online lectures but I am also able to use the portable screen as a modern, professional instrument for online interviews. Due to its simple yet elegant look, I've been able to appeal well to recruiters to the point that they complemented me for appearing professional with the use of the portable screen.Cable management is phenomenal (literally 1 cable connection). Viewing angle is editable and it is sturdy so it won't shake when you write with the stylus. The only con I've encountered is the appearance of an icon which directly opens the settings of the portable screen. BUT you can move it to a corner where it won't bother you so its a negligible problem.BE CAREFUL WITH THE STYLUS as its very specific. Other "pens" (like the surface pens) won't function with the portable screen. The portable screen does not have a place to "hold" the pen when not in use (asides from the soft carrier case) so keep it somewhere you won't have trouble loosing it or damaging it.In the case that you do purchase this item but loose the pen, the direct substitute pen from Lenovo is called the "Lenovo Digital Pen 2." Try to catch this deal in a time of discount so you can make the most of it. Hope this helps.

While I think this monitor's dsplay could be sharper (or else my Dell XPS settings aren't working correctly), it is a good monitor for the price. Sincs easily when attached to the PC.One plus is the software that allows you to turn the monitor from horizontal to vertical without any intervention setting changes on the PC. This makes for an easy transition, for example, when you want to display a full page of a word document on the secondary display.

Nice display and even better stand. Much better than the kick stand types. Easy setup and matches the size of 14" laptops

This display deserves 5 stars!! It performs as advertised by Lenovo. It allows me to keep two windows open on my laptop, with full functionality between the two windows (e.g. cutting and pasting). I do have to be a little careful to move "important" windows back to my laptop before turning off the ThinkVision. I accidentally left my settings window on the ThinkVision and couldn't get back to Settings without turning on the ThinkVision again. I highly recommend this screen, but from a different vendor.If I could, I'd rate the vendor, BecTech Global, at zero stars or less. The product I received was "open box" although I ordered and paid for a new monitor. How could I tell? It had a user's manual and warranty card written in Indonesian for a different product. The copyright date on the user's manual was years before this product was manufactured. When I registered the monitor with Lenovo, Lenovo recognized the serial number and accepted a USA registration (so probably not gray market), but the product had been registered six weeks before. Hmm.I complained to BecTech Global and received a less than helpful response. They volunteered to take the product back for a full refund. Well, I want the product. They said they fully warrant all of their sales so it doesn't matter that I didn't receive a full three-year warranty from Lenovo. It does matter to me. Will they be around in three years? I hinted that perhaps I should receive an open box discount. They ignored the question. They didn't even volunteer to send me an English language user's manual, although I did download it from Lenovo. BecTech Global is an aggregator. In other words, they buy up stuff and resell it (probably without checking the integrity of the product). I did not receive what I paid for: a new unopened product.

Bought this monitor in July 2023 and it stopped working today, May 2, 2024. Called Lenovo directly only to find out the warranty for the monitor took effect October 2021. Either the monitor was used or sat with the seller for more than two years after the warranty became effective. None of this was disclosed.

Easy to set up split screens has been very nice for traveling for work, keeping that efficiency up and allowing me to go to get to bed sooner :).Slides into laptop pockets and backpacks easy!

The product works great, and it is perfect as a touch-enabled second laptop monitor.Western Central is a great seller with outstanding customer support. They not only reach out preemptively to confirm satisfaction when there is an issue, but they also work extremely diligently to resolve the issue. I received a unit that was missing parts but still factory sealed. This was clearly no fault of the seller. However, Western Central immediately responded to my email for support. They worked with me to find a solution in what was a short time frame because of upcoming travel. They could have reasonably said, "not our problem call Lenovo" but instead, they focused on customer service (all too uncommon on Amazon) and found a solution.I can recommend not only this product but Western Central as a seller.
