and it's comfortable. It's a gaming chair for half the price
For the price, it's definitely a 5 star product. It seems durable, and it's comfortable. It's a gaming chair for half the price. There's really no reason not to give it 5 stars just for the price. It's definitely a cheaper knockoff though, it's no DxRacer or anything. The seat wobbles to the sides and the arms turn and shake and feel slightly fragile.Pros-ComfortStrong FrameLooks Good(logo is goofy looking though)High back is great for taller peopleCons-Arms seem cheap and wobbly and are spread out wide so they aren't very useful.Too short for some taller desks (this is something most chairs do badly)

Durable and Comfortable.
UPDATE: 1-4-2017Its been about 9 months now and i'm afraid I must knock this review down a few stars for the following reasons:1) 10-10-2016: The chair has begun to become unstable and wobbles side to side slightly.2) 10-12-2016: The arm rests have completely come apart and now just hang on the metal support that screws onto the bottom of the chair. I took it apart only to find that the welds on both sides of the arm rests have come apart. Luckily, I have a welder and can repair it.3) 11-28-2016: The chair now gave way on the reclining portion of it. Same reason as the arm rests. The weld came apart.4) 1-2-2017: Last straw, the fabric, particularly near the zipper, has now started to pull apart where it is attached to the zipper.Overall, I really liked this chair but it started to fall apart all of a sudden and the welding job was not done correctly. I am a full-time student and sat in this chair constantly but I expected this chair to last longer than 9 months.**************************************************************************************************This chair is really comfortable and seems durable. Extremely easy to assemble and it comes with the tools to do it yourself without any additional tools required. Everything screws on with just 8 Allen head screws. The seat glides no problem on carpet and the lumbar support is top notch and essential for this gaming chair. The reclining positions is what is impressive. It can be adjusted similar to a car chair and folds all the way down, so whatever position and reclining angle you are used to, this gaming chair can definitely accommodate. Additionally, it comes with an authentic serial number tiny plaque to commemorate your purchase. The only real downside to this gaming chair are the armrests. They are a bit shorter in length than I expected. So if you are used to having a reclining position at all times then your arms might not be supported by the arm rests.Pros:Easy to assemble.Lumbar support and head rest already come attached.Durable and less expensive than the DX racer models.Multiple reclining positions.Cons:Short arm rests.Overall, this gaming chair is durable and really nice at about half the price of other gaming chairs. If you are in the market for a bucket seat gaming chair then look no further if you would like a comfortable, sturdy, and stylish chair at a bargain compared to the competition. I will update this review once wear and tear has been assessed.

Overall, satisfied. Only dismiss-able issues.
Before I begin, let me put this out there. Shipping was long. I'm not a fan of long shipping. That's more time fro it to get damaged. It also stated it'd be here 2 days before it actually got here. When it DID arrive, the box looked life it'd take a beating. Inside, there was just a couple scuffs. Nothing major, it was just nerve-wracking to hear all these shipping complaints and then to have to wait and see if you're $200 investment came in good condition. It shipped out of California but there are a bunch of labels on them so I am presuming from some of these other labels that it was shipped from China, notorious for poor handling of packages, stateside and then dispensed from there in Cali. TL;DR Don't expect it to arrive quickly.I went in on my purchase when this chair was available in blue only. I was a tad miffed that the next day it was offered in red, orange and white. Minor inconvenience, really. It fits my aesthetic at the workstation so I let it go.Assembly SEEMED like it would be daunting but it consists of about 8 bolts total and they are already in their respective holes waiting for you to unscrew them and screw them back in as you assemble. The armrests have 2 in each as well. 12 total things to screw in. Easy enough. I also didn't get that strong plastic smell others complained about. DO NOT TRY TO USE THE RECLINE MECHANISM BEFORE IT IS PUT TOGETHER. And if you're the kind of roommate who WILL do that, leave my things alone until it's done. Jerk. The tilt adjustment needed some tweaking to get where I wanted it, but it was fine. I WILL say that if you intend to recline back really far, say close to 180 degrees flat, lock the tilt feature first. I had tilt on while I reclined flat to try it out and nearly touched my head to the floor. To its credit, it still didn't spill me out. Color me impressed. It was definitely comfortable to sit in. The lumbar pillow I am still debating on. Sometimes I like it, sometimes I don't. Easily removeable and adjustable. I put the pillow around the top rather than through the holes. Much better fir for me. I'm only about 5'9" last I measured so maybe an inch or two from there more and I find this about perfect for my height. I'm a fairly stout stocky guy with wide shoulders and hips. I get where people are talking about the seat holding you in too much, but that's true of anything. DX Racer is even tighter if you've ever tried those. The seat dimensions here are the widest you'll probably see aside from some the 350-550 range and even then not by too much. You're paying 100 or more for an inch or two. I got decent sized thighs and I still get to move them a bit. Best part is that my sub is right at my feet so I use that as a footrest. Seriously helps.Armrests go up high enough for me. The turning motion can be a tad annoying, but negligible. The arms do have a light padding to them that's very stiff. You can choose not to install the armrests if you prefer. I prefer it with them on, personally. Overall, I found it really comfortable with or without the lumbar support. The back of the chair is probably perfect height for me and the width of my shoulders are comfortable inside it. I quite enjoy myself in it. The tilt is comfortable and being able to set it just a smidge back farther that straight up is much nicer. Gaming, watching tv and doing work all have different settings for me and I like the flexibility. The material is soft, but I'm not sure how it'll hold up to sweat. If you game with an skin contact to the seat i.e. topless or bottomless, I won't judge you, but I wouldn't suggest it. Peeling out of it will not be comfortable, but that's true of any seat made with this material. Twitch won't let you stream topless anyways. (shame too, so any good tattoos to show off on me.)It's not perfect and I really am kinda pissed that I couldn't get it in another available color until AFTER I paid, but that's life. All in all I really enjoy it and am glad I saved the $50-$200 on a "name brand" gaming chair just to have the same issues with the seat being a tight fit.I was not given this chair at a discounted price or asked to publish my non-biased and/or honest opinion. I just give a proper review because consumer knowledge is the key to effective healthy capitalism.UPDATE: It's been about a week. Nothing wrong mechanically yet. Daily use. Couple hours per day. Nothing loose. I WILL say that these side flaps do cause some discomfort I find after I get out of the chair. I don't know if my recent bit of nerve pain is from an old condition years back that disappeared or if it's from this chair, but the only thing I've changed recently is my chair. These side flaps were totally unnecessary like this and while I didn't mind them too much at first expecting I'd be used to it eventually, I find them more frustrating daily. DxRacer, Omega and AK all had the same issue with these dimensions as well. Would be nice if these same complaints were listened to by a manufacturer for once. There's also a strange lack of padding on the backing that feels somewhat empty sometimes. I find it a tad unsettling that I bought a chair of this price point to receive an oddly smaller amount of padding and filling than I expected.I am more perturbed that directly after I buy it and watched it for over a month, it only NOW seems to be dropping in price. I am wondering if it's because of the reasons I am listing now... Very concerning.

Starts off great but doesn't last 6 months
I bought this chair in December 2016 to replace a chair I had for roughly 6 years. This chair barely made 6 months with daily use. I typically work from home and use it 8+ hours a day. When i first built the chair it had a great look and feel. The chair was sturdy and performed well, the only critique I had is that the seat cushion is very hard, so I had to add a memory foam seat cover to get the height I wanted and the softness I wanted for extended sitting. After 6 months the piston is loose and sitting on it is like trying to balance a plate on a pencil. I'm constantly wobbling and when I do get it to stop moving the chair is lopsided and hurts my back. I went looking online for warranty information, but they don't have an actual website. Kinsal sells through Amazon and other retailers. I will see if Amazon will accept this as a return.
