While swallowing the multi vitamin, a little hard to swallow since it is large like most multi-vitzmins but has an okay flavor.

I like the vitamins cause it actually comes from food so the body recognizes it as food not something foreign

I haven’t really noticed a huge difference in how I feel. I am only about week away from finishing this product, so I believe I gave it a fair assessment.

These have everything I need plus more! On my second bottle!

This vitamin has the best over-all combination of vitamins and minerals of all I've checked. Had to ding it one star, because I was hoping they'd be a little smaller, and so easier to swallow. My preference is for this brand, but in the smaller "mini-vitamins."
