Wash the bag with a) a solution of water and baking soda or b) hunter's scent killer clothes-wash detergent. After that, you could a) spray the clothes you put inside with hunter's scent-killer spray, or b) put a cloth in the bag with attractant scent for deer or whatever you are hunting. (At the end of each season, I used to wash everything in scent-killer detergent, then sealed them in a plastic bag in which I took them hunting the next year.)
