The summerhouse comes with no instructions and is a real ordeal to put up, in the end I had to hire someone to put it up, the quality of the summerhouse is very poor, it comes with a floor that is very very weak and would only support a small child walking on it, I have holes in the floor that have had to be repaired with steel plates now just so I can go in it, it is supposed to be a building for me to work from home but this has proved difficult due to the quality of the summerhouse. It really isn't a good buy, it looks good but the wood is thin and very brittle almost not fit for purpose, I'm very disappointed with this item.

This product issue, no instructions to erect, came in a thousand pieces, all joints and battons are not the same size, had to employ a professional carpenter to make the best of a bad product, would not recommend for an average person to erect, might have been easier if instructions had been available, one massive jigsaw puzzle, not good value for money

I like the look of the wood except it came wet and with no instructions or manual it's taken days of head scratching to sus what's what and we're things go. We've had to take parts off and re do them as nothing is square wood chipps easily. Also if you go on billio actual website you can get this adsact shed for 800 pounds with instructions .not recommended to buy this shed of amazon !!! Very poor indeed not a happy customer

People putting my summerhouse up are having trouble as the parts do not all fit and there are gaps. We have had some rain and the water has come in some places. Had to put tarpaulin over to keep the wood dry not very happy.

Panels damaged, late delivery, missing parts, pieces don’t fit together and absolutely shocking customer service!!! Will never buy from this company again!

I would not rate this item,all the panels are different sizes ,no instructions, should not be allowed to sell them

No instructions, no readable parts list. Delivery date arrange then arrived while on holiday with no notice. Then rearranged and delivered it on another day with no notice.Started to put it together and loads of parts missing. When put together it just looks cheap. Roof is extremely low. We will struggle to use it for anything other than a glorified shed, which we could have bought for a lot cheaper.Save your money, time and effort and buy something else..
