Product quality still TBD, as it's intended as a Christmas gift to a kid... which leads to me to the point for deducting 2 stars; the wizards who shipped the package neglected to put the stilts in a separate, protective box. It arrived in its original box - complete with a fully-detailed description and multiple color photos of its contents. Uber clandestine. So much for the "surprise factor", as the kids all saw it sitting outside the door. Not so smooth, Saint Nick. #fail

My son loves these! Stood right up and wears them constantly. Straps are only issue we have had and it was just a length issue as he is so small and the straps are so long. Hopefully they hold up they are awesome!

***Problems under remediation with manufacturer*** Daughter received these as a Christmas gift from Santa. Right out of the box, the upper horizontal support at the heel of one plastic foot plate was broken (not a structural piece, but a jagged risk to her heels). We put on the included protective gear (thanks Air-Trekkers!), and commenced playing. After about an hour of use, the springs seem to have relaxed some, which is good because my daughter is a little below the advertised weight range. After a little break we went to the beach and while walking/bouncing down the pier I noticed that the bolt that attaches the upper end of the spring to the calf/foot support was hanging halfway out. I pushed the bolt back through and noticed the end of the bolt was stripped and the nut was missing (I found it later in the driveway at home). I managed to rig a way to keep the bolt in place so my daughter could keep the stilts on until we got to the car, but no jumping or running. After a closer look at the construction, there were several bolts on the stilts that seem to be too short (don't engage the locking insert in the nuts adequately). There also seem to be some other minor engineering issues with some components not fitting together as one might expect... this makes be believe that a premature failure of the plastic bushings is in the future. I would love to see a copy of the engineering blueprints to review where the quality control if breaking down. I would be happy to provide a complimentary summary of problems to the manufacturer in the interest of making the product safer and more reliable! Will update rating upon problem resolution...

My nieces seemed to love these and they were built very well. I worried about them falling, but they seemed to be able to keep themselves up way better than I ever could have!

We got these for our son but he wasn't heavy enough for the spring. We called the Company and Gary was awesome. He helped us out without any problems at all. We got the right product in no time and our son is totally happy with them. Thanks so much for a great experience.
