We have angled curtains on trapezoid-shaped windows. We close these in the summer to keep the sun (and heat) out of the living room. Because the angle is not steep enough, they don't slide down on their own. Using a pulley (also from Amazon) and the 150g weights, the curtain closes as soon as the cord is unfastened and released.Because this is inside, I wanted something that was not metal surface to avoid banging walls. These are perfect for the job.

I do not have much to say, the sinkers are great, and as long as the protective glase remains intact they will not corrode. So far, after about 1/2 a year of recreational use, the protective glase is still holding up, despite minor scratches and evidence of use from rocks and gravel in the local river.

It’s getting to where you can’t afford lead sinkers anymore. These actually are a hair heavier than they claim but they work great they cast a mile and I think the color actually attracts fish I could be wrong.

Weight was pretty spot on. Paint chips easily though but that’s not a big issue for me. But I use it mostly for drop shot fishing. It hasn’t rusted so the quality of these weight is really good. Great value.

My son spent several hours trying to catch a sand trout which I promptly put on a size 8 hook and casted it out for bigger fish, my son said, Dad you just Yeeted my fish, I said if wouldn’t be possible with out the correct weight. 5 stars for Yeeting fish on a good cast!

We purchased these for a nontraditional application and they are perfect. The exact weight needed for weighting down outdoor shades so that they don't swing around in the wind!
