I have been using a few drops of Calm Body Calm Mind on my pillow as needed for restful sleep, and it helps. Some mention that it is strong smelling. I do find it smells very strongly of lavender, although lavender isn't the first ingredient listed. I know that some brands of lavender are very strong, while some have a sweeter fragrance, which I prefer. Recently I reasoned that if the aroma is calming, might the oil itself be calming on the body. The information explains that "For other uses other than aromatherapy we recommend always diluting with a carrier oil." I tried gently massaging with Calm Body Calm Mind, and to my great delight, the oil SOOTHED LEG AND KNEE PAIN. Remember the carrier oil.

I really love Calm Body, Calm Mind Blend essential oil for sleeping through the night. Before I tried this EO, I would wake at 2 or 3am & sometimes more often. Although I'd go back to sleep I was still groggy most of the next day. The first night I put this in my deffuser & I slept deeply & thought it was a fluke. It wasn't! Every night I sleep deeply & wake restored & ready to face the day. I usually make my own blends for various things but this blend is so good & effective that there is no sense trying to duplicate it. I'm having the best sleeping of my life. I HIGHLY recommend Calm Body, Calm Mind Blend to to anyone having sleep problems!

I love this oil. I first tried it out in a variety pack, and this was my favorite of the bunch, so I decided to purchase a large size. I use it nightly in my diffuser in my bedroom. I don't know if it helps my sleep, but it makes it easier to wind down and relax. I think the vanilla note is what makes me love it so much. It's not strong and I didn't even realize there was vanilla in it until I was looking at the ingredients list. It's not that common to find in a high quality blend, honestly.The reason I will be coming back and buying this over and over is because- yes, I love the scent and the strength is good- BUT, their customer service is really great. I had an issue with my first bottle, and they were super friendly and sent me a replacement. It's hard to find service like that these days!

My mom gave me a bottle of this when I was starting college to diffuse when I was studying/stressed/trying to sleep. I absolutely love the smell and several bottles and years later, I still use it daily. I definitely notice if I’m somewhere without my diffuser and it’s difficult for me to go without this, especially as someone who finds it hard to fall asleep anyway. At this point I just buy the largest bottle and replace the lid with a dropper cap to make it easier.

I’m very pleased with this oil. I was previously using their “Good Night” oil but i wasn’t impressed when they changed the name and formula. I contacted their customer service and they turned me on to this scent. It is very similar to the original “good Night” and is now my new go to scent. I was so impressed with their customer service and with the combination of great customer service and a great reasonably priced product; I’ll remain a loyal customer
