This is a strange wax heater. It has everything you need, plus a removable wax holder with handle, but it also has auto turn off. For some users, this means their wax doesn't heat at all. For me, though, it means win.When I first turned on this product it immediately turned off. I unplugged it and it didn't turn back on. I was annoyed, because I wax on Sundays and didn't want to wait a week, but after playing with the knob it came back on...and then turned off. I walked away then, forgetting to turn it off, but when I walked back the wax was COMPLETELY melted. It had been 20 minutes since I'd first turned it on, but somehow it was able to turn itself on and off at perfect increments, making my wax the perfect temperature.If the product turning off on its own is an issue, try leaving it on and walking away; I'd bet good money that it turns back on and melts your wax to precision.Now having said that, it shouldn't take all this to melt your wax!I still recommend, though. =o)

I really like this wax warmer. I had already returned two others before I ordered this one, so I was skeptical. I used this one as soon as it arrived and it worked perfectly. In fact, the wax I used was in this small glass bowl that I was able to use in the warmer (instead of the removable wax melting pot) since I couldn't get the wax out of the glass bowl. I was worried about using this small container since I saw on other reviews that it wouldn't heat up their small wax containers. I did not have that problem, it heated my wax perfectly.The dial is pretty cool too, because I was able to turn down the heat once it was all melted so that I didn't burn myself. (One of the wax warmers I returned was the GIGI space saver warmer. That one doesn't have a dial and I burned myself). Also, my wax heated pretty fast. I use the Cirepil blue wax, which usually takes a little longer to heat. It only took about 10 minutes, but I was only using a small amount.All in all, I would recommend this product. It is a great buy for the price, function, and small size.

This melter stands up to a lot of the more expensive big brand name competition. It melted my wax beads in a Flash. The temperature dial easy to operate with true temperature setting. Heats up fast cool down fast with a simple twist of the knob. I purchased this because lets be real salon waxing is expsensive! I was looking to do my own at-home. I'm ecstatic about what a good fine this is. It's built sturdy, has a nice weight to it and doesn't feel cheap. The unit doesn't take up a whole lot of space and I love the cute little flowers scalloped Edge lid. It certainlty does exactly what I need it to do and for a modest price that I don't mind paying. Which is great for a person like me who always goes over her Gadget/Beauty budget. And with this being something that I'm only using once every 6 to 12 wks its one of those guilt-free purchases. Score 1 for me!!!! You get your money's worth the first time its used. If you're on the fence about getting this one just do it you won't be sorry.

This unit is so reasonably priced I actually bought two of them. One for the softer wax and one for the wax beads. That way I have both warming at the same time and don't have to stop and switch products. Even added together they were less expensive than almost every double unit i could find. Plus if one breaks I only have to replace the one. If you are new to waxing give it a shot and learn. It's so reasonable to do it yourself you could almost invest in a new machine every other time you use it!Helpful tip of the day. Don't buy wax fabric strips in batches. Buy a huge roll and spend a few minutes cutting a few dozen in every length you need. You will save a bundle and can customize them any way you want!

Device came broken. Plugged it in and nothing turned on. The button that appears red in the image was actually marked on there with marker. I chose to order it and it ignore the one star ratings but had to return it regardless. I wrote this review over a week ago and it never posted. I had someone from pebeauty contact me about sending me another one free of charge but has not replied. Do not waste your time buying a defective product. --- UPDATE: They reached out to me soon after I posted this review with a new, fully functioning one. It definitely warms it up and you can change the temperature. Definitely get what you pay for.

I was concerned at how inexpensive it was. The only reason I purchased was because reviews mentioned they had a good return policy. I’ve used twice so far and I’m honestly happy with it. It takes 45 mins to warm the wax which is a little longer than some warmers but as long as you are aware of that it’s fine. The light goes on and off to regulate temp. At first I wasn’t sure if it was working but the directions explain that the light will go on and off. Both times I’ve used this warmer it has worked great and cooled down quickly.

I bought this pot kind of a whim, as I wanted to try out some hard wax beans and obviously needed a warmer. I have only used it once so far, but it worked perfectly and melted the wax very quickly, like within minutes. That being said, I only used a small amount of beans, and continued adding them in as needed, so I'm sure that helped to keep the melting time down. I put it on medium heat to melt and reduced to medium-low when I was actually waxing. I like the wax a bit warmer, so just make sure you test it on the inside of your wrist before you slather it on your body and burn yourself, lol. For the price, would definitely recommend this product if you're just wanting something cheap to use at home.

Nice and compact and cute. I like that the lid is clear so you can see the wax. I do have some issues with the design however, with the removable pot. I love that the handle for it is plastic so it does not get hot, but the pot itself moves when you try to stir the wax or get some out so it makes it a two hand process instead of being able to just reach with one hand while the other is holding the skin taught. Overall I like it. I have only used it once, so if I have issues with it I will definitely post an update.

I can set any temperature. it has auto shut off function that remains the wax in liquid but not overheat. It has a removable bucket that is very easy to clean.

It does exactly what it says. Honestly I've never needed to put the temperature above the 60 setting mark, to melt both soft and hard waxes. I tried both pouring beads into the pot it comes with (removable for easy cleaning) and just putting wax pots inside it, and both work flawlessly. I even was a messy bitch and spilled wax inside the container, and it never burns.The wax warmer (as it instructs) periodically turns off/on during heating to ensure it doesn't overheat. At first this is a little off putting cuz you're sitting there like "i-is it on?" but really all you have to do is turn the dial and plug it in, and it does its work. It advertises that warming/full melt takes approximately 40 minutes, but I found even at 30-60 temp my wax was usable in something more like 5-10. Granted, I had left it on longer a few times, and it never became "too hot" or caused any issues; it turns itself off to keep an even consistency/heating.Would absolutely recommend/nab this for any at-home waxers.

Overall it is working well. It is rare that I complain on a review but I receive a bucket with a bit of rust in it. So I contacted the manufacturer. They do not even reply after 2 emails in 1 month. Overall I think the does the job very well but a little bit of support will be appreciated. I guess I will have to email Amazon now and see what can be done to replace the bucket that is rusted. I do not want to waste the all product for such a small issue. Be aware then !

while waxing it falls over and very hard to clean , tried but failed.overall it warm the wax very good.If someone can tell me how to clean the wax from the container.

This warmer is great for home use. No need to spend a ton of money for personal use. I’ve had this warmer for 7 months now and it still runs good. I rated 4 stars because I feel like it doesn’t keep constant temperature very well, and takes quite long to heat the wax in the first place. Again, great for home use.
