Why this product no longer has the sponge?

That’s a bogus answer. They stopped putting the sponge in because it cuts their costs. Now, the consumer must go out and purchase an “environmentally unfriendly” sponge to use the product. Come on Neutrogena, put the sponge back in so that when your customer buys the make up, the product and application are all ready to use.

The 30 has been out of stock for a couple of months now, has it been discontinued?

I do believe it is oil free. It is non-comodogenic (not sure if I spelled that right), so I think that means there is no oil.
