This works great on a large bag of dogfood. It helps keep the food in and the critters out. It is shorter than the width of the bag but that is no problem since it can clip over several layers so I just fold the bag a bit at the top. It seems sturdy and I expect it to last a long time.

These clips are so big they would easily close a 50 lb bag of dog food. I’ll keep them, they will be used eventually. Quality of clip is good.

Not much to say about this. It is a very big clip and exactly what I was looking for. It is larger than expected and works great on the dog food bag. It is easy to use and I would buy it again!

We have 2 large dogs, and I have been searching for an effective way to keep the dog food bags closed tightly. Although this is a good clip, it is not large enough to close the bags of dog food we buy. I'm also not sure that it keeps the tops closed well enough to keep air out of the bags. It was OK for the 16 pound bags, but it didn't work well for the 26 pound bags.However, it stays put once it's closed and would probably be good for other applications.

I bought this item to replace the discontinued (and excellent) Handy Camel used to seal my pet food bags. Once closed this clip moves freely up and down (one side more than the other, meaning that it doesn't seal the bag tightly. When closed just by itself (i.e., without a bag), gaps are clearly visible between the "arms" and the inner wavy crimp device. Disappointing.
